Location great but stay was ruined due to hygiene/cleanliness of bed clothing and uncomfortable bed.

Location

The beds were very uncomfortable with plastic mattress protectors that were very uncomfortable due to the material and unable to smoothen the material. The quilt covers were not clean. There was a disgusting brown stain on one of them but they were all covered with stains. No wifi is unacceptable nowadays. No basic toiletries and only one roll of toilet paper. Such meanness. Unacceptable. The person (old man) that I met to collect the keys was very unfriendly and very unhelpful. He was even reluctant to give me directions on how to find the apartment.

Superb location, ecellent appartment with most facilities I needed. Clean and quiet. Nice balcony. Excellent security, lots of car parking close by.

I could not get the apartment WiFi to work, despite many attempts. No coffee machine.

Location was fantastic

After discovering I didn't have WiFi, I went to enquire why it wasn't working, I was told it should be working, on my third visit I discoverd there was none in the room. Please don't treat people as fools, also all my previous time trying to sort out the problem when they knew first time I enquired I didn't have any.

Great and comfy stay in Calpe

I was there in December/January. There is a 24h reception with very kind personnel. On arrival, I was kindly moved to Apts Hipocampos which have central air conditioning and heating. The location is as good as it gets. You can hear the waves on the shore day and night. This would be the same for Apts Zafiro which are just 100 m or so up the road. Depending on where you are in the building, your view angle of the sea will change but all apts seem to have sea views. In December/January, the sun rises just in front which made for great sunrises :-) If you have a corner apt (I didn't but it was still great), you can see the sun rise AND set behind the lagoon. Kitchen was well equipped with all appliances and with an oven. You can reach two large supermarkets by foot as well as the Peñon d'Ifach. TV with all Spanish and tons of international programs. Wifi was included but not always super strong throughout the apt (weak on balcony).

Ligging was perfect en het appartement bevindt zich in een mooi en proper complex. Zwembaden zien er super uit, hier hebben wij natuurlijk geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat het winter was .

Meubels in het appartement zijn verouderd en sommige zouden wel vervangen mogen worden. Wij lagen op de 3de verdieping en hadden een prachtig uitzicht.

La ubicación, la terraza y la limpieza

Pusimos una lavadora y olía mal porque estaba cerrada, tuvimos que comprar servilletas, estropajos y lavavajillas porque no había, y el colchón de la cama era malo

Situation, résidence agréable. Accueil agence impeccable. appartement propre.

Pas d'accés gratuit au parking de la résidence (quasiment vide pendant notre séjour en octobre) ou en payant (cher), pas de wi-fi pour le prix. Mobilier et décoration un peu daté, canapé salon inconfortable, petit frigo à faible capacité, manque quelques ustensiles cuisine.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie.

Prachtig uitzicht op zee en op de rots. Op loopafstand alles te bereiken. Super mooi wandelen over de boulevard en naar het oude Calpe, en rondom het zoutmeer wat er vlak achter ligt. Leuke plaatsen in de omgeving om te bezoeken. En het appartement was heel compleet met goede bedden.
