About this apartment rental
Possibly the best residential development in Calpe (Apolo XVI). It is located on the 14th floor with a very spacious terrace and breathtaking views of the Peñón de Ifach and Fossa Beach, with fine sand (50 m from the apartment). The development features a large pool with a waterfall area and a beach.
Ideal for families with children and large families (travel crib + 2 high chairs available): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and a spacious terrace. The bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and, therefore, sea views. Free parking space in the development's parking lot.
The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has hot/cold air conditioning (new installation) as well as two heaters and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a Bluetooth-enabled stereo system, and a 40" Smart TV, along with a wide variety of board games. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer. In the kitchen, you'll find a dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, kettle, spacious refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, complete cutlery, pans, and everything else necessary for use: oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, teas, cocoa, spices, napkins, paper towels, detergent, fabric softener, and more.
*High-speed fiber optic internet.
*The apartment includes a beach umbrella, 2 reclining beach chairs with wheels, and beach toys for the little ones.
*We provide a travel crib and 2 high chairs with a removable tray: one adaptable to the chair and another with 4 legs.
*NOTICE! For hygiene reasons, the beds will be left unmade, as recommended in tourist apartments. However, we will provide everything you need: sheets, duvet cover, duvet, pillowcases.
*Small pets up to 5kg are allowed. Please consult with the owner beforehand.
The sea views can also be enjoyed from the bedrooms as they have direct access to the terrace. The main bedroom also features a Smart TV and a travel crib.

We loved staying here! The terrace is huge and looks directly at the beach - waking up with a sunrise and deep blue sea, eating our meals there,napping in the afternoon, was simply perfect. Besides the terrace, the flat really has everything you need - the kitchen is well equipped (which was great for us as we were travelling with a small child), it has beach chairs and even some beach toys for the kids, a trolley for shopping, and many small details like that. It is so comfortable for travelling with a familya group of friends - we will definitely come back here again!

Great stay at Cesar’s accommodation. All the amenities and very clean and comfortable. Perfectly located with parking in building. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
