About this villa rental
The Romero villa in Calpe has 4 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. A perfect villa for family in a quiet residential area, close to the sea and all services.
Distribution of the villa:
The accommodation has 180 m2 of housing distributed on two floors connected by internal stairs.
On the main floor we find a room with a double bed (two single beds joined) with a ceiling fan, and a second room with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower to service the main floor, a full kitchen open to the living room and a dining room with wooden stairs leading up to a loft with a seating area. The entire upper floor has air conditioning and a centralized heat pump. Going down some internal stairs we find the second floor where we find a third room with a double bed, a complete bathroom with a shower for the ground floor, a fourth room with two double beds and a large open space with a small living area.
Exterior of the villa:
On the plot there is a parking space for one vehicle, a nice terrace with a table to eat outside, a hammock area for sunbathing, and a 6.5 / 3 private pool. approx
It is located 100 m from the restaurant "El Toro", 400 m from the supermarket, 600 m from the sandy beach of La Fossa, 2 km from the Peñón De Ifach Natural Park, 10 km from the Ifach Golf course, 79 km from the airport " Alicante-Elche Airport "and is located in an ideal area for families and close to shops and restaurants.

It has a garden, garden furniture, barbecue, free internet access (wifi), individual gas boiler, air conditioning, private pool, open-air parking in a nearby building, TV, satellite TV (Languages: English, German, Dutch, French) .

We booked the Romero Villa due to it’s location which was perfect for our group. It had all of the necessary facilities and space for 6 adults. However, the furniture is outdated, mismatched and very well used. Lots of small issues too; broken toilet flush button, light bulbs out, etc. The pool was also out of action due to a leak! Not what you expect at all and especially as the weather was so good very disappointing. We did however get a one night refund for this. This place just needs a good modernisation to get better reviews. The Villa management company were very good and communication was always timely and efficient. It served its purpose for a short stay but I would not bring my family here on holiday.

Our stay was very plesant and nice. Location in quit place of Calp. Neighborhood don't like music :) All other good. Villa are nice, clean and good equiped. We enjoy.

Pleasant villa in good location, about 20min walk to the promenade at Playa Fossa with a good selection of supermarkets and shops within easy access. Very comfortable beds, clean and tidy villa, well stocked with kitchen crockery and utensils. Sunloungers and outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. The only downside was the furniture was pretty basic, there is a lovely mezzanine floor but no furniture to make use of it. The pool itself is quiet shaded but the surrounding patio area was a lovely sun trap. Overall value for money and a nice villa for a group holiday.
