About this villa rental
Welcome to Villa Agudin, a large five-bedroom property within the popular resort of Calpe. Ideal for families who want extra space, this villa compromises two apartments, with a kitchen and lounge on both the ground floor and first floor. Inside, the villa is homely, with beamed ceilings, white-washed walls, and soft furnishings. On the ground floor, we find two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a living room, whilst the first floor features three bedrooms, another kitchen and cosy living room. The views from the upper terrace are magnificent, as you look across the rooftops, with the sea in the distance and magnificent views of the Penon de Ifach rock, Calpes famous rock. This is a great spot for your morning cup of tea or light lunches in the shade.
Outside, the 8x4m pool is ideal for lazy days poolside. Enjoy topping up your tan whilst enjoying a homemade cocktail or two amongst friends and family. Although this is a car option property, it does come with a large driveaway if you do choose to hire a car.
*Please note the ground floor and first floor are separate apartments and have external access only, making this ideal for groups who want their own space.
