This charming holiday villa with private pool is located in Calpe, on the beautiful Costa Blanca, and can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms distributed over two floors, the entire property is air-conditioned for your maximum comfort.
On the ground floor, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, which gives access to a terrace, the pool and the garden, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. On this floor there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed + a single bed and two with two single beds each, all with their own bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor (accessed by internal staircase), a bright living-dining room with satellite/DTT television awaits you, from where you can admire impressive views of the Peñón de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea. There are also two bedrooms with double beds, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Outside, the villa has an 8x4 metre pool with steps, ideal for cooling off and having fun. It also has a brick-built barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals with family or friends. The plot, completely fenced, offers space to park up to three vehicles.
