The staff in the reception were very friendly. The accommodation is in an excellent location. It on a beautiful beach front, the pool area is lovely, supermarket is with a short walking distance and there is a cute mini train that can take you a short ride into the town of Caple. I booked this for family coming to visit us in Spain. They had a great time here. I will be booking this apartment again very soon.
The only thing I would would advise is be aware there is absolutely no products available such as hand wash, shower gel, cleaning products, washing up liquid and sponges etc. Luckily I had collected the keys early as my family was arriving late at night. I was able to go and buy essential products from the supermarket.
This is not a negative comment, I just want to advise guests especially if they will be arriving at night at the supermarket is closed. Bring your provisions to avoid disapointment.

La buena ubicación que tenía y el acceso directo al paseo.
En primer lugar, reservamos con una cama doble(y en la reserva lo pone) y nos encontramos con dos camas individuales separadas. Seguidamente, nos pareció bastante mal que no hubiera nada de utensilios de limpieza básicos (estropajos, bolsas de basura, limpiaplatos, papel higiénico que solo había uno, jabón de manos, gel de baño ni champu), ya que son básicos que marcan la diferencia y creo que no cuesta nada poner para evitar que tengamos que gastar dinero en ese tipo de cosas con las que no contábamos.
La terraza estaba llena de arena de la playa que, honestamente, no costaba nada limpiar antes de que entre un huésped nuevo.
El sofá tenía también manchas de otros huéspedes, lo que indica que tampoco se han molestado en limpiarlo antes de que entráramos.
