Good location for decent price

Apartment on the 3rd floor of 9 story building. Direct entrance to the beach and main road, big free parking and shops in 5 minutes walking. Keys pick-up and drop-off 24h in office 3 blocks away. Apartment is quite small, good for 2 people. Living room with sofa, table and basic kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave). Washing machine in the bathroom. Utilities for drying and ironing. Sleeping room with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Big balcony, however the view will be obstructed cause there is another building under construction.

Details mentioned in other comments, like no sponge or place to dry plates. One day some lady came banging on the doors, yelling in spanish about calling the police cause we rolled up the window blind after 10p.m. and apparently this sole act was too loud...

Location, next to Fossa beach. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Large spacious apartment.

Basic apartment right on beach front

The location was perfect. Right on the beach/promenade. Close to Aldi/lidl/supermercardo and another supermarket. Two balconies with views of the sea/mountains/lagoon. Aircon worked well.

The room felt tired and in need of some general upkeep. Handles falling off kitchen cupboards. No handle on balcony door on the outside (meaning I got locked out once). Nowhere to place the shower head meaning you had to hold it for all of your shower. The key on the door of the block was quite tricky to use. As was the key of the door of the apartment. The lock of the second balcony didn’t seem to work. In saying all that I would stay in the apartments again, simply for the convenience of accessing the beach. There was some construction work off the west facing balcony but it didn’t bother us.

Location was lovely

Filthy smelly pillows, couch dirty and broken, unwashed sheet with blood on it, towel and sheet changes every 8 days,broken n dusty furniture,shower a total slip hazard worst appartment I have ever stayed in have taken photos of it all.

A frugal getaway, close to unspoilt sands,at a lovely, laid back promenade at the far end of Calpe.

Locality was absolutely excellent, although Calpe itself is not so easy to get to. We rented a car, and it took about an hour from the airport. Generally though, the localisation was brilliant and the beach was about 50 metres away. The beach itself seemed superior to the other one at Calpe. Cleaner, quieter. Good view of the rock. Loads of shops within walking distance. Nice promenade.

These apartments are a bit faded and the amenities are pretty basic. It was clean. Safe. Hassle free. Just a bit spartan and cheap and cheerful. We expected that though, at our price point. No worse than many other places we have stayed in.

The beach and prom but no sunbeds

Apartment was not clean we had no kettle could not get cooker to work. Shower certain was torn.bed sheets had pubick hairs and stains. Bed seetee was not up to standard also bed sheets were changed but not mine for the pull out bed

Location of the appartment is unbeatable

It is true what the others say, that equipment inside is a bit outdated. Do not expect comfortable beds and sofa’s. but on the other side this is reflected in the very low price you pay for.

The location was excellent. Enjoyed the large balcony. Small space so not good for long stay but good for a short trip.

La verdad que estaba todo perfecto, lo único malo que el tapón de la ducha de pasar de grifo a la parte de arriba estaba roto y tardaba un poco en sujetarse. El pulsador del vater tambièn estaba roto pero nos apañamos sin problemas.

l'equipement de l'appartement nul: pas de wifi, pas de parking lit jumeaux prévu lit double , pas acceptable frigo qui fuit, porte qui ferme mal micro ondes fonctionne une fois sur, une deux manque de vaisselier pour les couteaux, cuillers à l'opposé de la cuisine et à ' pattes pour ouvrir le tiroir, jamais vu, pas un bol pour petit dejeuner, pas un verre à pied une honte, pas une epingle à linge le tout ,mobilier de très basse qualité; canapé inconfortable , l'appartement ne mérite pas d'ètre loué, plus supporter le bruit

Topacio IV ni loco,

Elegimos los apartamentos TOPACIO 1 y en un primer momento nos asignaron los apartamentos TOPACIO IV, nada que ver estos últimos están fatal situados, excepto los más próximos a la playa. TOPACIO I, II , III sin problema.

Іспанія - чудова країна. Місто Кальпе одне з улюблених. Іспанці чудові, привітні та веселі. Святкування 20 -21 вересня свята Богородиці неймовірне. Другий рік поспіль насолоджуємося цим дійством. Віва Іспанія- Салюте Іспанія.

Під вікнами помешкання (Top 323 B) напроти йде генеральне будівництво будинку , будівельні роботи розпочинаються щодня- крім суботи- неділі о 8 ранку та тривають до 18 -20 год, інколи до 22 год, тому про ранкову каву на балконі забудьте, адже шум бурильні та ковша нереальний - неможливо відкрити вікна, бетонний пил від роботи трактора та бурильних машин , завіз бетона та вивіз сміття, з вікон сварки людей типу мама мія, катастрофа, і т.д. - одже про будівництво під вікнами ми попереджені не були , отож написали звернення до керуючого з оренди , на що отрмали відповідь , що містила пропозицію доплатити і ми будемо переселені в інше приміщення. але ми від доплати відмовились. Вибачення не почули, хоча враження справляли позитивне при заселенні. Будівництво відбувається між topasio №3 і topasio N2 , тому перепитуйте, щоб не потрапити в халепу. Фото Армагеддона додаємо.

Bastante que mejorar

La ubicación y la terraza con vistas al mar

El mobiliario algo deteriorado, faltaban algún cajon, la puerta del mueble, el sofá viejo malísimo y aún más para dormir y las camas super incómodas, poca limpieza, cacerolas quemadas, extractor lleno de grasa, nevera muy pequeña para poder meter la comida para la semana, poca presión de agua fría en la ducha. Pasamos mucha calor, ya se que pagamos por apartamento sin aire, pero que menos que tener un ventilador, o ponerlos de techo que van estupendos. Vamos que por lo que nos cobran por semana ya podían invertir un poquito en arreglar estos inconvenientes y ya sería perfecto. Por lo demás la semana ha sido perfecta.

La ubicación y la terraza

Que no corresponde lo contratado con lo que tuvimos, nos dieron dos cañas en vez de una de matrimonio y la cocina era de Gad en vez de una vitrocerámica, y no tenía aire acondicionado cosa que me comentó la señorita de unitivas que le había pasado a más gente que se cree que tiene y no tiene, esta vez booking me ha fallado totalmente

Las fotos no son lo que parece

La ubicación

La relación calidad-precio es bastante mejorable hablamos de muebles a los que le falta algún cajón o puerta de armario o están rotos, la ducha deberían de cambiarla ya que es de la prehistoria y apenas sale el agua igual que el grifo del lavamanos y el sofá cama no es sofá ni es cama te dejas la espalda molida es un poco vergonzoso. Además hay una obra justo al lado y era insufrible el ruido desde las 9 de la mañana, nos quejamos y la única solución fue cambiarnos de apartamento con el mismo ruido infernal de la obra pero encima pagando más lo que me pareció una tomadura de pelo, ya que hemos hablado con gente que lo ha alquilado por otras plataformas y les han descontado un día por las molestias y encima han pagado bastante menos que nosotros, nos sentimos un poco estafados. Creemos que hemos pagado demasiado.

La ubicación, la piscina, la terraza, el aire acondicionado, el WiFi, la televisión con Internet.

El frigorífico es muy pequeño y el congelador no sirve para tener comida congelada, la televisión perdía la señal de antena, aunque se podía conectar a Internet, la lavadora no lava bien.

Un auténtico timo!!!! Insufrible y desesperante. No tiene nada bueno.

Está a pie de playa

No tiene aire acondicionado y hace un calor insoportable en el piso, huele constantemente a comida (de los bares de abajo) y está rodeado de obras tanto de reformas en pisos como en el solar de al lado. Horrible el polvo y la suciedad que entra en la casa (te tragas el polvo de la edificación de al lado) y los ruidos de las máquinas y los obreros. Imposible descansar a cualquier hora y tener una estancia mínimamente agradable. Es un timo que alquilen algo así. Ni la propiedad ni booking nos ayudó con nada de esto.
