About this house rental
One of the best villas of Costa Paradiso in the north of Sardinia: excellent location and spectacular view from every balcony on the coast. Air Conditioning and WiFi.
The villa is a short distance from the Sporting Center, with tennis courts, market, swimming pool and leisure center.

The villa consists of a central body in granite stone, living room with sofa bed, complete and functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin with bunk beds), 2 bathrooms with shower + outdoor solar shower next to the swimming pool, covered veranda, garden with exclusive swimming pool and outdoor furniture, barbecue.
Accommodation
The house includes 2 bedrooms able to accommodate up to 6 people, 2 bathrooms, panoramic terrace where you can stay, equipped with table, chairs and sitting area.
From the terrace, through a small stone staircase leads to an exclusive relaxation area totally surrounded by greenery and granite boulders where you can read a book or simply enjoy the spectacular panorama.
Near the front entrance there is a practical barbecue, lit by LED lights, which you can use to cook tasty grills.
The house is equipped with solar outdoor shower, full kitchen (oven - fridge - washing machine - television)
The real jewel, however, is represented by the wonderful swimming pool, for exclusive use, with spectacular views of the sea and sunsets.

Guests can access the whole house and outdoor spaces without exclusions.
The house is located in a very scenic context perfectly integrated in the rocky nature typical of Costa Paradiso.
At 500 meters there is SPORTING CLUB (swimming pool center, tennis courts, dancing club, bar, restaurant).
Mini club for children at affordable prices.

The house has a really beautiful sea view and a great location. The approach is a bit complicated, but it doesn't matter. I think the accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 4 people, the house is not that big. There were only two of us. Everything worked in the house and we were satisfied. The only thing I missed is the kettle in the kitchen, we had that in all the other properties where we lived. Pool clean, maybe deep enough for children. For me, but overall a great rating. Don't forget that strong winds often blow on the west coast, so you can't sit on a terrace overlooking the sea.

Das Haus mit dem schönen Pool bietet so viel, und wir konnten wunderschöne Stunden dort erleben und geniessen.

We had the best family holiday here as a family of 4 with young kids. The villa position and view is breathtakingly beautiful, we felt very lucky to wake up to it everyday and enjoy fantastic sunsets each evening. It’s a really quiet location but a 10 min drive to a lovely restaurant and lovely rock swimming pools. 20 mins away are great beaches. Highly recommend this villa.

Nous étions une famille de 5 (4 adultes, une ado) et avons passé 10 jours dans cette maison. Elle est très bien située avec une vue magnifique. Très propre. La piscine est parfaite. Par contre, l'équipement n'est pas complet (pas de micro-ondes) et la cuisine est vraiment très petite pour cuisiner.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont laissé la maison jusqu'à 18h le dernier jour (au lieu de 10h30 initialement prévu). La gérance ne sert pas à grand-chose (nombreuses erreurs).
Dans les soucis rencontrés, les maisons sont très proches les unes des autres (ce qui ne se voit pas sur les photos) et lorsque vous avez des voisins bruyants (comme c'était notre cas), c'est pénible.
Ensuite, il y a régulièrement des coupures d'eau. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau du tout la dernière journée !
En résumé, maison agréable, bien que petite pour 5, et rapport qualité/prix pas excellent.
