About this villa rental
The villa comprises a main house with two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom (convertible into a double bed upon request), three bathrooms, and a separate annex with a small double bedroom and private bathroom.
From the spacious and bright living/dining room of the main villa, large French windows lead to the rear terrace, private pool, and sun loungers, with breathtaking ocean views.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, and electric oven. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline.
The property extends over 2,000 m² of land, offering a true sense of space and privacy. Private parking for up to two cars is also available. The villa is less than 1 km from the beach, restaurants, and shops of Costa Paradiso.
Costa Paradiso Services: Costa Paradiso is a private community that independently manages its roads and services, making it very clean and well-organized. In the center, you'll find several supermarkets, souvenir shops, as well as an excellent fishmonger, butcher, and fresh produce store. A medical center is available on-site for residents (May to September). Costa Paradiso also boasts a private, secluded beach, Li Cossi, accessible with a short walk along the promontory from the diving school. This delightful cove is definitely worth a visit. Costa Paradiso has its own diving school, which can be booked on-site. Boat excursions can also be arranged from here.
Since Costa Paradiso is primarily a tourist village, most shops are open seasonally (June to September). However, May is a particularly beautiful month in Sardinia due to the variety of wildflowers and the ideal climate for walking holidays. Bars are open year-round, and nearby Trinità d'Agultu (a 15-minute drive) offers a large supermarket for off-season visitors. Another good supermarket is in Badesi, on the main road to Alghero (about a 20-minute drive). The surrounding areas also have food markets open year-round, which are definitely worth a visit: Santa Teresa - Wednesdays (20 minutes' drive), Trinità d'Agultu - Mondays (15 minutes' drive), and Valledoria - Saturdays (20 minutes' drive).
