Large, cosy villa "Bouganville". Property composed of main house and outbuilding 1 km from the centre of Badesi, in a quiet, sunny position, traffic calmed area, 4 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large garden 5'000 m2 with flowers and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 12.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Li Junchi" 4 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Rossa 12 km, Castelsardo 23 km. Please note: car recommended. It was disappointing to arrive and find there had been no cleaning or laundry after previous guests. Air con limited to two bedrooms. Stingy housekeeping supplies, ie no toilet rolls, cleaning materials dishwasher tabs, etc so all had to be bought. No local info.But, lovely house that easily accommodated our large family

Hervorragendes Bomizil. mehrere Terrassen eine davon immer im Schatten. Super schöner Pool mit genügend Liegen auch Schatten vorhanden. Räumlichkeiten wie beschrieben. Leider funktionierte die Spühlmaschine nach dem 3. Tag nicht mehr. Besitzer kümmerte sich aber schnellstens.

Wir waren zum 5. mal auf Sardinien. Immer in einer anderen Ecke der Insel. Und dieses Haus, nein Anwesen passt besser, war bis jetzt das schönste! Alle waren mit, unser 4 Kinder, 2 Freundinnen und beide Hunde. Alles sehr schön, mehr als genug platz, 4 Badezimmer, tolle Aussicht, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt im Ort. Ausflugsziele direkt vor der Haustür: Alghero, Castelsardo, Isola Rossa, Santa Teresa, Tempio Pausania,...
Auch zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Grüsse an dich Pierro! Wenn wir noch einmal in den Norden von Sardinien kommen, werden wir sehr gerne wieder genau dieses Haus mieten!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Schade ist, dass das Hauptgebäude keine Klimaanlage hat. Das Wlan ist langsam und funktioniert nur teiweise. Beim Pool hat man kein Wlan-Empfang.
