The splendid Villa .... is a property located in Costa Paradiso, immersed in the scent of pine trees and caressed by the brisk breeze coming from the sea.
This villa, an ideal destination for those in search of the most authentic beauty of Sardinia, is arranged on one level and, thanks to the presence of two double bedrooms, a small bedroom with bunk beds and 2 bathrooms, can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
The villa is also characterised by the presence of a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room in which there is a beautiful window that offers a panoramic view of the coast.
Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and the living room.
This villa is the ideal destination for those who want a relaxing holiday in an unspoilt environment.

In case of an expected arrival after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply.
Please note: the tourist tax is not included in the rental price. It must be paid locally in cash, in accordance with municipal regulations.
NOTE: in the event of a cancellation within the period in which a refund is due, an administration fee of €25.00, as well as any bank transfer fees, will be withheld.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (initial set), High chair, Internet Wifi, Late Arrival, Late Arrival (after 22:00), Pets, Pool towels, Refundable Security Deposit by credit card, Tourist tax.

We had wonderful days in Costa Paradiso. Everything went completely smoothly and perfectly organized. Due to construction work on the access road, our original accommodation was not accessible, which only turned out one day before our arrival. Sardinia Unlimited immediately provided an adequate replacement.
The villa Baia di Myrtama was very nice, very well equipped and clean with wonderful sea views. There was nothing to complain about.
On site and already in advance via WhatsApp we were looked after by Rina. She is incredibly nice and friendly, informed us about everything very well, was available for all questions and answered us within a very short time. Such a great communication and service is rare these days. Special thanks to Rina for this!
Sardinia is highly recommended in spring because at this time there are pleasant temperatures, everything blooms beautifully and the sights and beaches are not overcrowded.
We can fully recommend Sardinia Unlimited and the on-site support by Rina! Anytime again. Thank you very much for everything!
