Charming Villa Aloe 2 is located in the Costa Paradiso residence, just steps from the sea and close to all essential services. The villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pellet stove, and washing machine.
Enjoy a covered balcony and a private open terrace with lounge furniture, perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The private garden offers a hot tub (available for an extra fee) and a grill for delicious outdoor meals.
Thanks to the villa’s convenient location, all essential services are within walking or driving distance. The nearest restaurant is just a 7-minute walk away (671 m), and the closest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.2 km). The beautiful Li Baietti Beach can be reached in 7 minutes by car (3 km). Olbia Airport is about 1 hour and 26 minutes away by car (81.9 km).

Pros: Accueil chaleureux avec une bouteille à notre arrivée.
Paysage sublime, dépaysant et une vue magnifique.
Jardin et terrasse spacieux avec transats, table extérieure et barbecue.
La 3eme chambre était en réalité un petit studio en dessous du logement principal mais avec tout le nécessaire, cela a été apprécié.
Merci pour le geste de notre hôte pour la réduction du prix du jacuzzi suite à la fuite.
Cons: Vis-à-vis important, il s'agit en réalité de 2 maisons accolées, délicat lors des repas en extérieur.
Il manquait quelques produits de nécessité : éponge, sac poubelle, huile, poivre, torchons, sopalin.
Au moment de la réservation, le jacuzzi n'était pas indiqué en tant qu'option, nous avons appris qu'il était payant quelques jours avant d'arriver.
Manque de réactivité de notre hôte lorsqu'on a soulevé des problèmes de fuite au niveau du jacuzzi et des toilettes : nous n'avons donc pas pu utiliser le jacuzzi avec sa fonction chauffante durant tout le séjour, c'est dommage.
De plus, il aurait été apprécié d'avoir un livret d'explications pour l'utilisation du jacuzzi.
