In the hamlet Portobello di Gallura 16 km from the centre of Aglientu, 7 km from the centre of Vignola, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 40 m from the sea. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach 400 m. Tennis 700 m. Nearby attractions: Santa Teresa di Gallura 25 km, Parco acquatico Acquafantasy 26 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar gelegen und man hat alles, was man braucht. Dennoch: In der Küche kann man kaum ein Elektrogerät bedienen, ohne dass man einen Stromschlag erhält! Die Installationen sind so alt das ist einfach nur gefährlich! Die Küche und das Mobiliar sollten DRINGEND renoviert/ersetzt werden. Für die extrem mühsame Abfallentsorgung sollten Säcke zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Das Haus war der Beschreibung entsprechend. Die Lage direkt am Meer einzigartig. Die dazu gebuchten Handtücher waren teilweise durchlöcherte Putzlappen. Das liegt aber wohl nicht am Hausbesitzer. Ameisen im Haus gibt es reichlich, konnten aber immer wieder mit Chemiekeulen beseitigt werden.

Die Lage ist super. Die Sauberkeit ist gar nicht gut gewesen bei der Ankunft. Die Küche ist in keinem guten Zustand dort sollte man sicher etwas renovieren, etc. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein Tablar heruntergekommen sowie die Wand-Dekoration. Der Preis wird sicher wett gemacht wegen der Lage, ansonsten ist es sehr schön in Portobello. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein Getto, vorallem war die Zeit schriftlich abgemacht, ca. 2 Std. früher und dies hat gar nicht geklappt.

The +: well placed in a calm and protected environment. Pleasant terraces whatever the weather and the hour. Beach accessible at 400 m. The -: Poorly maintained house, recovered dirty. Used appliances, electricity of the house to be taken over. Garbage management and key recovery are very complicated. Portobello is quite isolated: very few shops nearby.
