Beautiful two-story villa built on the idea and design of the Arch. Alberto Ponis, famous for having designed and built splendid villas in the north of Sardinia.
The villa has a wonderful sea view on Corsica and Asinara set among rocks and cliffs with fantastic and unique shapes, embellished with unforgettable sunsets. All bedrooms have a beautiful sea view. Outside there is a Mediterranean garden, pizza oven, barbecue, outdoor shower and two terraces. Outdoor area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa is located in the Costa Paradiso complex, with two shopping centers with excellent catering services, supermarket, bar, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, medical service and various shops.
There is a sports center for fans of football, tennis and various sports. Night time entertainment takes place in the characteristic and renowned Jolly Disco Bar which guarantees a live musical summer with entertainment, entertainment, piano bar and disco.
