About this villa rental
Beautiful two-story villa built on the idea and design of the Arch. Alberto Ponis, famous for having designed and built splendid villas in the north of Sardinia.
The villa has a wonderful sea view on Corsica and Asinara set among rocks and cliffs with fantastic and unique shapes, embellished with unforgettable sunsets. Composed of: living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen, 1 twin bedroom and bathroom with bathtub, 1 twin bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedrooms on the lower level and 1 bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have a beautiful sea view. Outside there is a Mediterranean garden, pizza oven, barbecue, outdoor shower and two terraces. Outdoor area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The villa is located in the Costa Paradiso complex, with two shopping centers with excellent catering services, supermarket, bar, newspapers, tobacco, pharmacy, medical service and various shops.
There is a sports center for fans of football, tennis and various sports. Night time entertainment takes place in the characteristic and renowned Jolly Disco Bar which guarantees a live musical summer with entertainment, entertainment, piano bar and disco.
Scuba diving enthusiasts find the Sub Diving Center, where they organize diving courses at all levels, with the release of international patents; guided dives, night dives, videos in sub videos, renting and towing rafts or small boats.
Costa Paradiso, located 35 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo, extends over a vast territory of about 800 hectares, mostly destined to a natural park.

Les plus :
- propriétaire très sympathique et toujours prêt à aider.
- splendide vue sur la mer.
- plage rocheuse d'accès relativement aisé et pas trop prise d'assaut, splendide pour du snorkling.
- villa très bien disposée et bien concue.
- douches à l'extérieur, parfait en rentrant de la plage.
- le barbecue sur la terrasse sud.
- l'accès aux magasins (un mini-market et une poissonnerie à moins de 5 min à pieds),
- sur la côte nord-ouest un peu à l'écart des grandes zones touristiques de la Sardaigne, l'endroit est tranquile et pas noir de monde,
Les moins :
- le prix peut-être un peu trop élevé.
- pour les inconditionnels des plages de sables fin, il faut soit marcher (20 min à pieds depuis la villa, 10 min depuis le parking du port), soit rouler environ 30 min pour trouver les plages de sables hors du complexe Costa Paradiso. Personnellement, en 14 jours de séjour, je n'ai pas résussi à me lasser des piscines naturelles de la plage rocheuse.
