1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo located right over the dunes from St Pete Beach! Second floor condo with a queen sized bed and a pull out sofa in living room. This bright and cheery condo has a cute, private balcony for enjoying outside time and partial beach views!
Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Just cross a few parking spaces and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!
The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Beach is located across the parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court.
This is Condo 806, shuffleboard side/backside.
Central heat and air.
Electronic lock for flexible/late check-ins
A close walk to great restaurants, beach bars, shops, or enjoy the sunsets on the beach.
Wi-fi, cable, linens & towels are included.
There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking pass is included, if needed!
Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.
Coffee machine & toaster included in unit
Hairdryer & iron included
HOUSEKEEPING/TOWELS: Bed linens and bath towels,etc are included. We offer 1 towel/linen exchange per stay. ($10 for each additional exchange.)
Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with this vacation rental.

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and bars. Was there for our daughter’s beach wedding. Only complaint was there was no iron or ironing board

I would like to say the proximity to beach is very very close and great. The location and things to do are great can walk to many things. I do not like that none of the units have a washer and dryer. You must be prepared to take to a laundromat. There was a toliet brush in our hallway for the entire trip. The cleaning crew came for one day and didn’t remove it stayed in hallway all week. Other than a few small things the condo was nice and great location.
