Come stay in Paradise! Newly renovated!! New kitchen and furniture throughout. One bedroom ground floor condo with 1 king bed in the bedroom, and a new pull out sofa in living room. Updated bathroom with a walk in shower - all tiled w/grab bar. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside the door is the heated pool. Just cross over the dunes/boardwalk and you are on the beach!
Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!
Ground floor condo - with no stairs to climb! A simple, streamlined beach getaway. The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool (in winter) with plenty of seating for guests around the pool. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.
Distance from Beach:
Beach is located just across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is unit 103.

Electronic lock box for flexible / late check-ins

Towels & linens are included.
There is a charcoal/BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.

Sorry, no pets/animals are allowed per HOA. Strictly enforced.

The proximity to the pool and gulf/beach were perfect. The windows area rugs, and shower stall could have been cleaner.

Loved the location and the pool area, room really needs some updating and a deep cleaning, we bought sheets to cover the furniture. Loved everything else 😊
