A unique third floor 2 bedroom condo with gulf views. You can enjoy the day and relax watching the sunset. (3rd floor unit - no elevator)
***Please READ****: this condo is a bit dated. Window treatment & all furnishings are older, we like to ensure guests know this before booking. Please see the pictures. We have many units in the same building that are fresh and updated, but this is NOT one of them. The price reflects this. It's a good deal for an older unit. If you want modern & updated, we can provide you other links in the same building to check out for a little more money. If you are okay with 'retro beachy cottage style, no frills, staying at grandma's old beach condo that's a bit out dated' then this place will work fine. No frills people that like camping are a fan of this unit. It definitely does the job for a family beach vacation on a budget. *FYI: Balcony is not available for use, roof is under construction.
Retro beachy vibe condo with cable TV and Wi-fi included. Great views, excellent location! A queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa in the living room. Magnificent Gulf of Mexico views from the living room and bedroom. Overlooks both the Gulf and the community pool. All linens & towels are included. The kitchen has dishes, silverware and cooking utensils.
Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the street and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Beach is located across the few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is building 200.
Central heat and air.

Linens & towels are included.
There is a community charcoal/BBQ area on site as well as bike racks.
A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars.
Shopping is close by.
Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking permit is included if needed!

Coffee machine, blender, toaster & iron included in unit.

Walk to great restaurants, beach bars, shops, or enjoy the sunsets on the beach or your private balcony.

Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of surf stores within walking distance.

We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient place with the easiest access to everything St Pete had to offer. We were two minutes from the beach with a gorgeous view of the ocean from our patio. We could walk to restaurants and bars, if we didn’t want to drive! (Rick’s Reef and La Croisette were favorites) Would definitely stay here again and we are looking forward to coming back to St Pete later this year.

Wish the pillows weren’t flat. Bring slippers, floored carpeting is damp and stinky. Great location and clean pool.
