Well situated ground floor recently updated 2 bd 1 bath condo on St. Pete Beach that sleeps 6. We welcome weekly or monthly rentals to this unit. Enjoy the pool right outside the front door and walk out to the beautiful white sand beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping close by, some within walking distance. Friendly Native #301 with a full kitchen includes full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and a small selection of pantry items A living room with a window out to the pool, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a combo tub shower. Linens and beach towels are supplied. And for your enjoyment beach chairs and an umbrella for relaxing on the beach and pool noodles for the pool are also included. Additionally there is a charcoal grill and picnic area out the back door. For those that will have a car, we will supply you with a parking pass.

We had a great time. Steps from the beach. Everything you need to cook, everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, towels. Very comfortable apartment. The back door goes right out to the pool. The host was very responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely book again. Sad to leave!

The unit was just remodeled and was very well stocked. Its location on the first floor near the pool was a bonus for families with younger children and older adults. We were very pleased with the accommodations and will not hesitate to book again in the future.
