Step outside to your private balcony for a breath of fresh air, or take advantage of the shared outdoor space - perfect for lounging in the sun or enjoying a friendly game of shuffleboard.
Best of all, location is everything. Just one block from the beach, you'll have effortless access to sun-soaked days on the sand and unforgettable Gulf Coast sunsets.
Kitchen: Small kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer combo, stove/oven, toaster oven (no microwave), tea kettle and Keurig. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, coffee filters, and/or pods are not always available.
Dining: Seating for two nestled next to the kitchen area.
Living Area: Cozy living area with pull-out couch, two ottoman type stools and two additional chairs, coffee table and flat-screen TV.
Bedroom: Snug bedroom features (2) full-size beds, lots of window light, ceiling fan and dresser. All linens are provided.
Bathroom: Vanity, toilet, and a standing shower. No tub.
Outdoors: A small balcony offers street views, and an intimate outdoor area provides loungers and seating along with shuffleboard. Just one block to the beach!

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to the local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Parking: Guests are allowed 2 digital parking permits, which are registered through the HOA. Your license plate and vehicle make/model are required. After booking, please provide us with these details, and we can handle the registration process.
Set along Florida's Gulf Coast, St. Pete Beach is beloved for its powder-soft white sand, breathtaking sunsets, and easy access to local favorites like Pass-a-Grille Beach and the historic Don CeSar Hotel, along with a variety of waterfront dining, shops, and outdoor activities.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
