After enjoying the fun and sun at nearby Upham Beach, you can unwind in the welcoming open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a cozy corner that's perfect for board games. Be refreshed with a great night's sleep in our primary bedroom with king bed and private en suite bathroom, or the 2nd bedroom with queen bed. We also offer a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with easy access to the 2nd bathroom.

2 bedrooms with lots of room in each. One bedroom with attached bathroom-convent for adults room. Much more kids toys then specified (football, dab toys, 4 chairs, boogie board, 3 small coolers, umbrella). Pool noodles already downstairs for pool use. Pool is open for everyone until 9pm. Small on the beach grill and drinks right on the beach from the condo (2nd boardwalk way). Awesome stay for kids, don’t really need a car in this location if you’re staying around the area. We also used Groupon for a ticket to Busch Gardens free meal and it was only an hour from the condo. Great stay with kids!!!

Nothing exceptional about this stay. Host was very responsive.2 of the 3 tvs did not work properly. Hot water was scarce. Dryer vent is jimmy rigged. Very basic upstairs unit.
