The only issue’s we had were access to the ocean was not that accessible. And did not realize it did not have Air Conditioning. With a medical Asthma condition we had to spend a night in a local hotel. That’s on us for not reading it thoroughly or reading the reviews in detail. And the hot humid days from a hurricane that missed Kauai. It was convenient to everything! Communication abut our stay was perfect!The condo was clean well kept however the overall complex is dated.

This condo was wonderful for a retreat to sit on Lanai at night and watch the stars and full moon and in the morning the birds and bees in the flowering trees. And a lovely condo decorated just right with updated bathroom and kitchen.

Beautiful home-nice decor, very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and large shower. It is located within walking distance to the beach and a small shopping center with a Longs Drugstore, grocery store, restaurants ( and ), clothing and gift shops, and there are 2 golf courses nearby. Limited drawbacks were no A/C (several overhead fans and 2 portables are helpful) and it is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) if you have heavy luggage. We loved our stay and recommend it without hesitation.

This condo is truly a hidden gem. Super clean, spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything one would need and then some. We really enjoyed our stay. We were worried about not having AC but once we were there we realized with all the open windows/trade winds and the ceiling fans it was very comfortable. It's in walking distance to shopping and restaurants at Kukuiula shopping center and also walking distance for sunsets to Koloa Landing or the Sunset wall. We would definitely return and recommend. A hui hou!

What Stephanie advertises is what you get. The unit is on the second floor of a three floor unit. It was clean and comfortable. It was our first visit to Kauai and we loved the location. Koloa is just down the street in one direction and Poipu just down the street in the other direction. Lots of good places to eat, drink and shop! When we come back, we’ll try to stay here again and easily recommend it to friends and family. I did note that there was no air conditioning and for the most part the lack of air conditioning was not a problem, it did get warm a couple of nights but overall it was more than comfortable. With the unit on the second floor it’s easy to open all the windows and turn on all the fans and keep the air moving. TV is available with Spectrum Cable and there is a really good selection of DVDs in the cabinet under the TV.Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to eat in if you so choose. We ate most breakfasts in and BBQ’d two dinners with steaks courtesy of Costco! The deck is surrounded by flora so it feels very private. There are plenty of birds who sing throughout the day, roosters who crow at all hours and we saw lots of lizards including some Geckos which was really fun. Stephanie was always available and frankly, most of my communication with her was FYI type info. Again, great place to stay and hopefully, we’ll be back to visit again. Kauai has a much more laid back and slower vibe than Maui. Mahalo!!

Five star condo. Everything about it feels like at home.It has all beach equipment and cooler on the top of the cozy and very comfortable set up. Walking distance to village with shops and restaurants. Unit located in the quiet location and far from the road. All you can hear at night is the little river water which helped to fall asleep immediately . Poipy and other nice beaches , famous coffee plantation, and Koloa village are close by. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a peaceful good place for a small family! The only problem it is always booked and I was waiting the second year to be able to get in. .

We loved this little piece of paradise! It was very clean, had everything we needed (and more!), and the gardens and stream were very relaxing and soothing. It felt private and we loved being able to take short walks to the beach or shopping.

The photos do not do this place justice, it's a little breezy slice of paradise. Windows on three sides and a second-floor locale means that green is everywhere you look. Kitchen well-equipped, beach toys were a major bonus, lovely neighbours, super host, cannot say enough. Mahalo until next time!

Perfect spot, close to the beach and stores.Third night was a nightmare with a raging party below us well past midnight. At least 10-12 young people celebrating something special without regard of anyone else. Otherwise we had a great experience.

Loved everything about this property. Would totally recommend staying there. Convenient location near Poipu Beach and Koloa town, close to food and shopping, but quiet and tranquil. Great to have washer and dryer, full kitchen and all the amenities you need. Really loved our time there!

We couldn’t have been more pleased or comfortable in this beautifully decorated and well thought out place. Our arrival was so easy and communication with our host was very quick. The place was so clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved the very private lanai to have a morning coffee and plan our days. We ended up exploring the whole island and this location was a perfect base for us. Great proximity to the south beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. We put the beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles all to good use. Mornings on the patio were nice. We had friends staying in another unit which was very convenient too. Highly recommend this place to stay and would stay here again.

We travel a lot. It is wonderful to experience different places, but let's face it, being away from home is inconvenient. Owners often don't seem to consider what a stay might be like for their guests. Stephanie has clearly put a lot of effort into, and succeeded in, making here condo as homey and convenient as possible and wants her guests to have an exceptional time. Details matter. • The location --Right in Poipu very near the water. Her unit is a short distance from the parking lot so you are not lugging your stuff and shopping all over the complex. Never had an issues finding a parking spot. • The kitchen -- We like to cook and Kauai has a bounty of fresh ingredients. The kitchen actually had sharp knives and a variety of high quality pots, pans and other equipment. There were a variety of seasonings and condiments already on hand. • The bed -- The bed was a king and very comfortable. • The sitting area, including a balcony or lanai if you prefer, was ample. The unit felt spacious for a one bedroom. We are not experts on decor, but to our eyes it was well designed, everything was in clean and in good shape. • In-unit laundry -- What a blessing! We packed lighter than usual.There even was detergent and dryer sheets already there. • Beach Accessories -- Beach towels, masks, fins, snorkels, beach mats, boggie boards -- everything is already there, you don't have to rent them separately. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This is a very comfortable condo and is decorated true to the area making for a wonderful stay! The kitchen has great appliances and is well stocked with necessities for cooking. The full size washer and dryer, double sink vanity, and oversized shower were all definitely added bonuses. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept! Would recommend to anyone!!

Our stay in unit 223 was excellent. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. I was worried about not having AC but there were fans in every room and the windows being cracked open made it breezy and comfortable. Mini cooler and beach chairs were an added plus for time spent at the beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Very clean, nicely laid out condo with a very comfortable bed. Private, surrounded by greenery. There is a bit of noise since you are close to the pool and Poipu road, it did not bother us. The complex has a nice pool and you can walk to the shops at Kukui’ula in less than 10 minutes. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal in. We would book this unit again in a heartbeat!

What a great place to stay in Kauai!!! It was spacious and stocked very well...from all the beach "equipment" to items in the cupboard. Check-in was easy and Stephanie was easy to reach and responded ASAP, if we had any questions. We look forward to returning in the near future!!

The unit was clean, comfortable, and spacious for two adults and had everything we needed (beach chairs and towels, Brita pitcher, fully equipped kitchen, laundry). It is within walking distance of beaches and a shopping area with restaurants. Parking was easy and we could bird watch from the lanai. We would stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Kauai.

This property is perfect. Wonderful location in Poipu... tucked away...great pool area...incredibly well-appointed condo. Stephanie has thought of everything. It is spacious, especially for 2 people. Also, after a bit of confusion about the property's amenities, Stephanie worked hard to make everything right. We loved this place. Thank you!

Stephanie is a kind host, quick to respond, and accommodating to our needs. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights rest every night. We enjoyed waking up to the cheery sound of birds and roosters. The condo could use more attention to detail. We took our shoes off as requested, but noticed we kept stepping on something on the floor, so we wiped off the floor with paper towel. There was a layer of dirt, dust, and hair. We also noticed uncleaned areas of the house, so we cleaned and sanitized, and then let the host know. She was apologetic. About 10 minutes later, we heard a knock on the door. We did not answer, but the cleaner entered the condo and explained to us she cleaned everything.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was very large, bright, and clean. We had everything we needed. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! Stephanie was very responsive and a great hostess. Even though there wasn't AC, there were several fans to help us stay cool. My husband and two adult boys spent the week on the island. We loved the view from the balcony overlooking the fairway and the ocean. The food at the pool restaurant was wonderful. The property was clean and well maintained. We have a fabulous vacation.
