The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
We found the condo to be clean and comfortable, though decor is outdated/ needs refreshing. Kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. There were beach chairs and towels, and even first aid supplies (which came in handy after our hike to the Nakalele Blowhole on Maui the day prior to our arrival on Kauai!!). The pool is close by and well cared for, the beach handily is across the street. The location is great --very close to Allerton Gardens, Poipu Beach, shopping, golf. Our one complaint, which was kind of a big one, was that our door code/lock malfunctioned--keeping us locked out of our condo for 90 minutes upon returning from a very arduous hike that had left us all muddy and tired. I called/emailed management for help but we had to sit in the rain for nearly 2 hours before someone came to let us in. The lock did not get repaired until later the next day, leaving us in a predicament because if we would leave/allow the door to fully close we would again be locked out
