We love golf trace and they stay there for more than 20 years. This house allowed every family member to have their own bedroom and bath, which was great. We will plan to stay there again.

We had three families and 6 teenage boys visiting for spring break. It was the perfect spot! The boys could bike (3 miles to Seaside) to the craziness and the parents could relax on a quiet, private beach. The home is in great condition and very well appointed. The boys loved the outdoor space that included a nice ping pong table, basketball hoop, and pool. We had the pool heated because the weather was still cool, and it was totally worth it.
Also, love the location. It was about a 10-minute walk on the beach to Red Bar. Easy bike rides to shops/restaurants at Grayton Beach or Blue Mountain. Never have to get stuck in the traffic around Seaside if you don't choose to.
Recommend this house for just about any occasion.
