Greatest location ever! The definition of a true beach house. Kinda quirky, on the beach and lake, so many rooms, clean with simple decor, best furnished kitchen I have ever seen for a rental (great stainless steel pans, lots of utensils) and comfortable. My dogs loved it as well!! Hosts were wonderful!

This was our second year here, this is the best location on the beach. We will be back next year!!We have stayed all over 30A but Grayton Beach is our favorite and this house is the best location for our family!! We love fishing off the dock and the kids love swimming in the lake. So much room and not a congested area.would like to see the living room furniture updated.. it's not real comfortable. You may want to check the airconditioners in the bottom as they don't feel like they are cooling.
