Located directly on County Hwy 30A, less than 20 yards away from the Dune Allen Beach public beach access, you'll find one of the largest and most luxurious homes on the Emerald Coast. The Enclave on 30A features state-of-the-art amenities, breathtaking views, and masterful design.
This three-story vacation home has everything you need for your next beach getaway. In fact, it even has the best private pool you'll find on all of 30A. Its massive resort-style pool features sunk-in bench seating, a gigantic spa tub, and a swim-up cabana complete with a canopy bed overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Best of all, the beach is directly across the street, so guests also have easy access to the gulf.
The first floor hosts a game room, a half bath, and two guest bedrooms. The game room is complete with a pool table and a wet bar featuring a wine cooler and quartz countertops. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated and designed. The first guest bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower.
Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the main living area complete with gorgeous designer furniture, a formal dining area, and a gigantic gourmet kitchen. The living room has beautiful indoor/outdoor furniture and a half bath. In addition, The Enclave has two large formal dining tables each seating up to eight guests overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is right off of the dining area and includes a massive kitchen island, Frigidaire appliances, and leathered quartz countertops.
The second floor also has two spacious balconies and two more guest bedrooms. The third bedroom features a twin/twin bunk bed as well as a king bed and twin sleeper sofa. In addition, the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Finally, the third floor features a den area and the rest of the bedrooms. The den features balcony access as well as a queen sleeper sofa. The fifth bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and stand-alone bathtub. Next, the sixth bedroom includes a king bed as well as balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The seventh bedroom also has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house was great! Plenty of room for our family reunion of 19! The game room off the pool is amazing for gatherings. The pool is huge. I would just suggest the property manager turn the pool on a day before the people arrive as it was not warm and we got there. We enjoyed the golf cart and beach supplies. I would rent this home again!

Amazing setting to get family together safely. Able to merge 4 family bubbles without any infections. The home was large enough for us all to have space while also getting together in common areas. Sunset happy hour on the rooftop deck was a daily highlight. The pool made it feel like we were at an all-inclusive resort. The heater kept pool and hottub hot enough to use the entire stay despite overnight temps in the 30's overnight. Beach was beautiful and bike trail to nearby state parks made for easy exploration.
5 Star Properties were professional and responsive with all inquiries. Great app for contact and when issues arose they were always 100% solved quickly. Maintenance personnel were friendly and used COVID precautions.
Could not have had a better experience getting away safely during the pandemic.
