About this house rental
This is a beautiful house in Grayton Beach, built in 2022 with fantastic finishes. Every room is spacious, and a very short stroll to the beach. The heated plunge pool is the perfect wind down after a day at the beach, with a poolside screened-in-porch with TV and its own outdoor kitchen.
The house has four primary suites, all with King beds, and huge luxury bathrooms. The Bunk Room has 6 built-in twin beds, and its own attached huge bathroom.
The Kitchen and Great Room combine to create a huge open space on the third floor with room for the whole group to gather. Sliding doors open to the third-floor deck overlooking the pool, with amazing views of Grayton and the ocean. Spiral stairs lead to a fourth level crow's nest at the rooftop for even more spectacular views of Grayton, and the dunes of Grayton Beach State Park. The third-floor deck has a built-in grill and fridge, convenient for grilling near the kitchen. The house does have an elevator.
The luxury chef's kitchen has Viking appliances including oversized fridge and freezer, and an 8-burner range. There's also a full-size wine/beverage cooler, ice maker, and two dishwashers. A giant island provides great seating space for a large group. Tip: Bring in your own chef to prepare an amazing dinner for your whole group. We can provide a recommendation!
The Pool gets afternoon shade and has plenty of in-water bench seating, making it the perfect spot to cool down after a day at the beach. The poolside Screened-in Porch has its own built-in grill and fridge. Fire up the grill by the pool! It has a large seating area, with a TV over the fireplace, and another square table, perfect for Mahjong or other games.
The house has blazing fast and reliable Starlink internet at 200 mbps speed. Be advised, the usual internet service you will find in Grayton Beach tends to drop in and out randomly. A mesh router network provides great WiFi coverage to the entire house. Sonos: There are three zones for streaming music: 1) the third-floor Great Room; 2) the Third-Floor Deck; and 3) the Screened-in Porch.
There are lots of beach chairs, some umbrellas, a sunshade, and a soft backpack cooler for guest use in the garage. The ice maker in the garage makes it a breeze to pack your cooler on the way out to the beach.
Golf Carts and/or bike rentals can be delivered to and from the house. Guests will be provided a code to receive 10% discount on rentals from Shoreline Beach Rentals.
This house is in amazing condition, and has never been offered for rent before being acquired in 2026. This property is owner-managed, and the owners are always available to address any issues. Our goal is for you to have the best possible experience!

We had the best time and the house was amazing! Very clean, lots of linens provided and beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. The kitchen is very well stocked and we loved having so many ice makers and refrigerators throughout the house. Ben (owner) was super responsive and so easy to work with! He helped with questions and checked in on us throughout the week. Can’t wait to be back next year!

The Magnolia house was amazing! Everything felt new and clean and VERY spacious! We had six kids and seven adults and the house easily accommodated us. The private pool and screened porch on the ground floor were critical for keeping the kids busy when they got tired of the beach. The beach access was an easy walk and the ocean was crystal clear! Hotz coffee, A.J.'s bar, and Red Bar were all excellent, even with our large group. And should you enjoy cooking and staying in, this house has a chef’s kitchen. Simply amazing in every way. As nice as the house looks in the pictures, it is even nicer and more luxurious in person! Literally, the largest showers we've ever seen! We won't wait long before we book this house again!
