About this house rental
Beautiful house newly built in 2022 with fantastic finishes. Located just a short stroll to the beach with a heated pool. Four Primary Suites all have King beds and spacious luxury bathrooms. A Bunk Room has 6 built-in twin beds with its own attached huge bathroom. The house is a 3-storries with an elevator, and a 4th floor deck/crow's nest.
The Kitchen and Great Room are huge, located on the third floor and opening to a large deck overlooking the pool with amazing views. The deck has an outdoor kitchen and spiral stairs leading to a fourth level deck for even more spectacular views of Grayton, the ocean, and the dunes of the state park.
The Kitchen has top of the line Viking appliances including an oversized fridge and 8-burner range. There is also a full-size wine/beverage cooler, ice maker, and 2 dishwashers. Ceiling speakers powered by Sonos for easy music streaming in 3 zones: the Great Room/Kitchen interior, the 3rd floor deck, and the poolside screened-in porch.
The screened-in back porch by the pool features its own outdoor kitchen and furniture, including a table for the Mahjong players. The Pool is heated, and has in-water bench seating. It gets afternoon shade making it perfect for a reflexing cool- down after a day at the beach. In-water LED lighting makes it perfect for relaxing into the evening.
Fiber internet & WiFi. There is a second ice maker in the garage making it easy to pack your cooler for the beach or pool. This house is in amazing condition, and never offered for rent before this listing. This is an owner-managed property. Guests can call or text Ben directly with any issues or questions.
Guests will receive a code for a 10% discount on golf cart and/or bike rentals from Shoreline Beach Service. They will deliver to the house and pick up at the end of your stay. We have nice beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage for guest use. There should also be a soft backpack cooler. The ice maker in the garage is handy! There is a hose at the front of the garage for rinsing sand after the beach.
