Grayton beach was wonderful for our big group. The beach was close to the house and wasn't crowded. We could walk to a few restaurants and Seaside was a very short drive. The views from the house were amazing and the pool in the backyard was awesome. Despite the huge bunk room, the house was not especially kid friendly -- there was a plaque on the wall threatening we'd be charged up to 2,000 for stains on the couch. Overall, we had a great stay! We would stay here again.

This property is absolutely amazing. Everything is exactly as pictured. The location can't be beat, waking up to the beautiful view of the dunes and the waves was wonderful. The property is decorated perfectly and is very comfortable. Being able to walk to the restaurants in Grayton was great and we used the bikes to go to seaside and watercolor. Would definitely stay here again.
