The Belvedere is an extravagant house full of luxurious high-end finishes on 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Sleeping 22 across 8 bedrooms, this is the perfect home to host your next group getaway! With a private pool, sand volleyball and game room, The Belvedere has all the indoor and outdoor amenities you'll need to host a grand vacation and create memories of a lifetime!
As you enter The Belvedere you step right into the fun! You'll find a living area, seating five, with a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room there is a chic wet bar with a full refrigerator, sink and wine cooler for creating cocktails to be enjoyed while playing a round on the Shuffleboard table. After that, step out back into a wonderland of outdoor activities! First you'll find everything you'll need to create a gourmet meal in the outdoor kitchen complete with a four-burner grill, sink, ice maker and mini-fridge. Feel free to lounge in the outdoor living areas with couches, bar seating and flat-screen TV while you wait on the grill. Nearby there is a pavilion with a dining table for ten to gather and enjoy your meal. Garden lights are strung above to create a magical experience during dinner. The centerpiece of this fabulous space is the large private pool and full size sand volleyball, a rare find! There is even a putting green for those who want to keep their putting game in tip top shape. There are three bedrooms on the first level - one queen bedroom with private bathroom, and one king bedroom with private bathroom and private access to the outdoor area. The third bedroom is a bunk room with two full/full bunk beds, each bed with its own TV. It shares a common bathroom for this floor which also includes a shower.
The second floor houses four bedrooms as well as the laundry. The laundry area has two sets of washers and dryers to handle the needs of the house. Another bunk room with two full/full bunk beds, again each bed has its own TV are on this level. Across the hall is a common bathroom for them which includes a shower. Next is a king bedroom with a private full bathroom. The third is a double queen bedroom complete with a full private bathroom, pool view and access to a shared balcony. Lastly on this level is a king bedroom with a private full bathroom, stand alone tub, pool view and access to the shared balcony.
The main living area resides on the third floor. Here you will enjoy open concept living, dining and kitchen with access to large balconies. At this level, there is a feeling of being in the trees, paired with calming coastal colors that provide serenity as you relax and gather. The living room offers a cozy couch and chairs with enough seating for 5 and a flat screen TV. As you move around the room, you will next encounter the formal dining table seating ten and access to al fresco dining seating six. Off the dining room is a powder room and a gourmet kitchen fit for any chef with high end appliances and finishes. This includes an oversized refrigerator, eight burner Viking stove, double oven, wet-bar with icemaker and a separate beverage cooler. We celebrated our Moms 80th birthday here. There were 17 adults and 2 little ones and the house was the perfect size and location. The kitchen and living area is on the third floor, but there is an elevator for anyone who can’t do stairs. So many great restaurants close by and the beach is in walking distance. The golf cart and bikes came in handy too! The pool and hot tub were great but it was chilly out and it took a couple days to get the pool warm. Definitely would recommend this house to any large group.

The house was Incredible! We all had an Amazing stay.The backyard was everything. Our kids had a great time! The Elevator came in Handy for mother who is disabled. Definitely would stay again.

This is supposed to be a luxury property, and it really leaves much of Luxury out. The pool was very dirty when we arrived, it had to be shocked in the middle of vacation which left us with a evening without being able to use the pool. The Ice machine for the Patio never worked properly, in fact it stopped working half way through the week. Stairs inside the property were very dangerous. The house is beautiful but needs maintenance.
