highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure. It offers a great balance of comfort and convenience. The location is excellent, the dining options are high quality, and the staff is clearly dedicated to great service. The ease of parking made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. A great choice all around

Clean and bery accomodating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was far from the center, from touristy sites but in a very safe and quiet area. Room was quite small but clean and very modern.

The biggest issue started with a parcel that had already been delivered to the hotel lobby, yet for 2 days the staff repeatedly told me it had not arrived. After multiple back-and-forth conversations with the shipping company, one staff member finally checked the CCTV footage and the parcel “magically” appeared. There was never any explanation or apology afterwards, and any further questions were simply ignored. The final day was even worse. During checkout, staff member S. Shinoda was extremely rude and unpleasant. We requested luggage storage for our group of 8 people. In total, we had 9 medium-sized and 7 cabin size luggages. The staff told us we had “too many luggages” and that they could not accommodate us. They even specifically mentioned that they do not take into account the number of guests and number of rooms we booked despite us staying for 9 nights across 4 rooms. What shocked us most was that they used a translation app to say that if we were unhappy with the service, we could just take our luggage and leave, and that we were “no longer customers” because we had already checked out — even though luggage storage is listed as one of the hotel services. We requested to just store our luggages for 3 hours so that we could we have a quick lunch as we have arranged for our airport transfer service for pick up from this hotel. Unfortunately the staff told us to take 4 cabin size luggage out with us and leave the rest behind though there was still space to keep all luggages at the lobby. 3 person from our group were so fed up with the staff attitude that they forgo their lunch and sat at sofa in the lobby with the 4 cabin size luggage instead while the remaining 5 person went for a quick bite. While waiting other guests arrived and their luggage was accepted without issue. There also appeared to be significantly more storage space available compared to what we had seen on previous days. Very disappointing experience overall, especially considering the length of our stay and number of rooms we booked. The hotel itself may be fine, but the customer service was cold, dismissive, and at times outright rude.
