Location and size of room
The beds were too low and the washing machine very complicated to use.the instructions were at the back of the machine so could not read. Beds with a space underneath would be more comfortable

Family room is comfortable for three. Entire property is clean. Staff very responsive when assistance needed. Hotel
Their breakfast offer was a microwave menu that didn’t appeal to us. Area surrounded by restaurants but none open for breakfast. Walked several blocks to McDonald’s. Train station location was a challenge for two seniors!

Close to city center, great neighbourhood, clean and comfortable, excellent frontdesk. I just spend 90 days in hotels in Japan and this one is in the top 3.

The room was very spacious and the location was very centralised despite being a little outside of the city. It's only at most 5 minutes of walking to the Monzen-nakacho station for both the Tonzai and Toei Odeo Lines. Getting to major places like Ginza / Akihabara / Ikebukuro is only 30minutes by train from the hotel.
The washing and dryer is very good too, you can run it overnight and your clothes will be somewhat washed with the scent of the provided detergent, and dried ready to be worn next morning.
Nothing really, the stay was superb!
