    It's a good hotel. It was near the bus station to narita airport. Breakfast was also nice.

    We stayed at Hotel Livemax Nihombashi Koamicho for 7 nights with 3 people. Overall, the room was spacious enough for us and reasonably clean. The check-in and check-out processes were also quick and convenient. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The 10:00 AM check-out time is quite early, especially for guests staying for several nights. The hotel is approximately 1.6 km from Tokyo Station, which is fairly accessible, and there is a 7-Eleven nearby. However, there are not many restaurants in the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Some staff members were not very friendly, rarely smiled, and did not greet guests properly. Communication was also difficult because some staff members had limited English-speaking skills. I hope the hotel can improve its customer service and provide better hospitality to guests. Another concern was housekeeping. Since we were three guests, we expected to receive three towels daily, but housekeeping often left only two. We had to remind them repeatedly to provide the correct number of towels. The room also tended to get dusty, possibly due to the airflow from the air conditioner. I would recommend regular air-conditioning maintenance and more thorough cleaning. Overall, the hotel has a decent room size and an efficient check-in and check-out process, but the service and housekeeping need improvement. If you have a more flexible budget, I would recommend exploring other hotels in Tokyo, as there may be better options available that offer a more comfortable stay and better customer service.
