The place is elegant, spacious and remote. There are bus stops close to the apartment.

There is mould above the window in the bathroom. There was a strange persistent smell in the bedroom, that I couldn't locate.

Great Place in a Slightly Out of the Way Location

The location isn't bad as far as getting to the main historical/cultural area is concerned--by which I mean Piazza Garibaldi, the Duomo/Baptistery etc. It's a straight shot walking in from the B&B and will take you about half an hour. The neighborhood itself is pretty interesting--multi-cultural and earthy and not at all touristy. Same with the walk into the center but you'll feel safe. Nothing as far as restaurants and cafes are concerned in the immediate vicinity of the B&B but plenty of everything on the walk in with more and more available as you approach the center. The B&B itself is lovely--spotlessly clean and so spacious. The bathroom was by far the nicest of any B&B I've stayed at (the towels though were a bit skimpy). No breakfast to speak of except a coffee machine to make a morning expresso. The owner--a very friendly guy who is unfortunately a Juventus fan--basically just meets you there, takes you through the place, gives you the keys and leaves you to your own devices re. coming and going. This is how I like it though. Great value for money.

If you're walking from the train station it's a bit of a schlep and you might find it somewhat maddening if you're using Google Maps (which struggles mightily with 4-5 point intersections). I just had a small backpack, so the walk wasn't too bad beyond Google Maps snafus, and I would recommend taking a taxi or bus if you have a bag with wheels or have quite a bit of baggage, because it's not always a smooth walk and you might arrive feeling a bit hot, tired and frustrated.

Bathroom perfect, bed comfortable, everything very clean, owner is nice person. Feels like at home. It is in a good and silent district of the city.

Parking is not always easy (but walking 100 meters is not a tragedy, this is true). Neighbours are a bit loud (the wall must be very thin).

Comfortable, convenient and quiet

The room was very nice, decoration etc and was in a quiet residential area. It was very clean, with good amenities in the bathroom (robe, hairdryer, big shower with hydro massage, towels etc) and others like coffee machine and TV. The bed was comfortable as well. Half an hour walk from the centre but there were nice restaurants and bars at about 15 mins away too. The hosts were quite responsive and helpful, very nice people!

I had not realized that the kitchen was not included for the single room and I was planning to cook but it was ok since I could pick something up and there was plenty of space to eat comfortably in the room. I was a bit cold at night and would have been nice to have a quilt or a thicker blanket.

Very good

Nice and comfortable room and bathroom. We borrow bikes to reach the city centre. Sideseeing the Parma from the bike was an excellent experience. Everything would be perfect, but the lack of air-conditioning was a hard experience, especially since the night was sweltering.

this is a large and beautiful space and it was a pity I stayed one night only, because it is very cozy, with a large kitchen and a nice lounge. totally worth the price.

the bed is a memory foam and not very firm but I guess this is just my preference.

Camera arredata con cura con una bella vasca idromassaggio. Grazie alla finestra da tetto quando il cielo terso è possibile ammirare le stelle.

Proprietario gentile. Appartamento grande. Ho avuto la possibilità di usare la bici durante il soggiorno. Vicinanza con l ospedale e l università per chi ne avesse necessità

La struttura non ha rispettato le mie aspettative di pulizia, né degli spazi né della biancheria. Ambienti poco curati, soprattutto il bagno, e da rendere più accoglienti e confortevoli

Pěkný stylový byt v klidné lokalitě

Velmi dobrá poloha 15 min pěšky od historického centra a autem nedaleko výstaviště. Výhodou je pohodlné parkování zdarma v ulici před domem. Styl bytu se nám velmi líbil, pokoje jsou prostorné, možnost uvařit si čaj. Na krátký pobyt ok. Poměr ceny a kvality odpovídající. Pan domácí velmi příjemný a ochotný poradit.

Bylo by dobré zapracovat na úklidu. V pokoji byla opravdu velká vrstva prachu na skříňkách, TV a na světlech. Manželská postel má velmi měkkou pružinovou matraci, takže spaní pro pár není pohodlné. WC má velmi slabý proud vody a špatně se splachuje.

Lo consiglio!!!

Oste super gentile e disponibile! Camera comoda e spaziosa, bagno pulito e ampio. È presente anche la macchina del caffè. Il parcheggio è facilmente trovabile lungo la via sotto casa.

Non so se il centro della città possa essere raggiunto a piedi, perché non era la mia meta e mi sono spostata in macchina. Quindi non posso fare un paragone con gli stessi prezzi di quando ho soggiornato in centro. Comunque è stato tutto molto piacevole e lo consiglio per famiglie!

Niente

La struttura ,sporca è dir poco! La camera era piena di polvere e ragnatele. Il letto sembrava già stato utilizzato.il bagno era come nelle foto…mai stato pulito, oltre alla polvere si evidenziano chiari segni di escrementi su spazzolone . Senza contare che con 37 gradi di temperatura, non c’era un climatizzatore ma un ventilatore rumoroso posizionato difronte al letto. Contattato il proprietario minimizzava la situazione con risatine ironiche. Siamo scappati via subito restituendo le chiavi perché impossibile soggiornare in quel luogo malsano. Ovviamente non ci ha restituito i soldi. Ho contattato Booking per la segnalazione delle foto ingannevoli che sono postate sul profilo della struttura. Sono stata,infine,ad andare in un hotel con conseguente aggravio economico. Esperienza orribile!

Se per colazione si intende un bollitore con una bustina di thè..... ma proprio non va bene

Sottotetto con una temperatura di 36 gradi di notte: impossibile. Il gestore si è giustificato dicendo che nel periodo dell'anno che ho scelto il sottotetto è generalmente chiuso, cosa non ha funzionato? Io ho pagato per un B&B non economico, non abbiamo potuto fare una doccia decente, non è stato possibile dormire visto il caldo, la colazione non c'è stata.

struttura - almeno per la mia camera - davvero piacevole e accogliente. ampia camera da letto, bagno davvero molto grande e ben dotato. l’host è una persona eccezionale. la posizione abbastanza centrale (dipende dalle esigenze) e ben collegata, in una via residenziale silenziosa e tranquilla. (200 metri a piedi da bus 300 da ristoranti etc).

migliorerei, è pur sempre un B&B, la possibilità per gli ospiti di potersi organizzare una colazione: una tazza più grande, un boiler per il tè, magari un piccolo frigo.

Sicuramente un posto dove tornerei!

Camere spaziose e accoglienti, bagno molto grande e bello, balcone grande, struttura estremamente silenziosa e piacevole. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito fuori dalla struttura.

Purtroppo mancava uno spazio che fosse comune. A parte questo tutto perfetto. Non è vicinissimo al centro.

Proprietario accogliente, ha avuto la premura di mostrarmi la stanza e di spiegarmi come funzionassero alcune cose. La stanza era perfetta sotto qualunque punto di vista.

Meravigliosa l'accoglienza, pulita e notevole la camera con vasca! Comodo il letto, molto gradito il bollitore in camera. Buona posizione, vicina a bar e ristoranti.
