Utter disappointment

Good location. Recently built.

Wifi: non existant to very bad Wifi connection in all 3 bedrooms. Very bad noise insulation: Lower Ground Floor door located just opposite main underground garage entrance and all movements in & out are very audible throughout appartement. No privacy in bedrooms: no privacy shades in all 3 bedrooms that are overlooked by neighbour building, so that obligation to close darkening/night curtains and live continuously in the dark throughout Lower Ground Floor. No privacy elsewhere: terrasse only separated by flower pots from neighbour terrasses on both sides (see and hear everything), balcony on Ground Floor opposite neighbour building and in full view/no sound privacy from pingpong playing neighbours to screaming children, ...). Very poor facility management: fans not working in bathrooms and not repaired, light bulbs not fixed, ... and no reaction for days to any notifications.
