Very clean and comfortable, the owners are really helpful and polite. It takes about 20 - 25 mins to get to Central Rome. It is reasonable priced considering location and facilities.

I think that they should not advertise that breakfast if provided, they should just mention that tean and coffee and fruits will be available.

Raport quality price correct. Clean apartment, well equipped in a quiet area. Being by car we always found a parking space in the surrounding streets.

The lady who gave us the keys doesn't speak a single word of english. "Breakfast" is the cookies and crackers and some old apples in the fridge. Coffee machine not working.

The owner didn"t know the word in English, breakfast included in price is just some sweet stuf from market, personal things in apartment looks like somebody is living in the apartment.

Our staying here was absolutely perfect!

The app is just as you can see it on the photos posted here. Its nice and comfy and it has everything that you need. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The bed is comfy and the owner is very nice and friendly. It is a perfect place to visit Rome. Yes..the app is a little far from the city center, but it is well connected. There is a bus station a few meters away and the metro station is only 5 bus stations away. You need about 30-40 minutes to get to the Colosseum. The only little problem may be the parking place if you are there with your car. You park on the street, but you can find a place, we didnt have any problem with that. I would recommend this place, especially because the app is worth the price..absolutely! I will be staying here in the future for sure.

Locality was a bit crowdy but inside of the appartment it was quiet enough. There was a bus station and pizzerie just next to it which I appreciate. Breakfast was rather modest but sufficient.

The host was speaking Italian only. But it was not a big problem, we were able to catch everything.

A lovely little apartment just outside of Rome. Centre is easily accessible by metro/bus. The apartment is spacious, super clean and comfortable and the owner, Giovanni was very friendly. I would recommend this apartment which has everything you need.

The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It had good links to the city and a supermarket about 10 minutes walk away so ideal! We would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment is gorgeous! Complete with all our necessities, snacks and breakfast. It is also near Battistini station (Metro A) which includes the line going to the Rome train station, vatican, trevi fountain, pantheon and Plaza Spagna to name a few.. I would definitely recommend this apartment! Good value for money 🤙

Todo. Fue una de las mejores si no la mejor casa (piso), que ya estuve en reservas de Booking. Los dueños son fantásticos y serviciales. Había de todo en la casa, había tanta comida para desayunar que en 6 días no pudimos comer todo. La limpieza era de lujo. Habían toallas de reserva y ropa de cama igualmente de reserva. El piso es muy luminoso con una excelente terraza y vistas maravillosas. No sé escucha nada de ruido, ni de los vecinos ni de la calle.

No tengo nada negativo que declarar.

Чудесно място за отсядане , когато посещавате Рим. Много дружелюбни домакини. Всички удобства на много добро ниво. Въпреки , че апартамента е самостоятелен, домакините се бяха погрижили да имаме приятна закуска и напитки. Има огромна тераса на покрива която е на разположение за ползване. Наблизо има автобусна спирка за придвижване до централната част. В близост се намират и много хубави магазини за храна и други стоки. Ако пътувате с автомобил, в близост има удобен, безплатен паркинг.

Komfortos, optimális elosztású, két fő elszállásolására kiválóan alkalmas lakás. Megfelelő bútorozottságú; tágas konyhával rendelkezik nappaliszerűen berendezve. Kényelmes, pihentető az ágy. A lakás csendes, az utca zaja nem szüremkedik fel. A belső enteriőr letisztult; a bútorok a modern letisztultságot sugározzák.

A "reggeli az árban" - szolgáltatást picit szűkre szabta a szállás adó.

mini appartamento più che accogliente, ha tutto quello che serve ed anche funzionante, perfino la lavatrice per un’eventuale urgenza. Complimenti per la cura e l’attenzione dei particolari

l’unico punto a sfavore è la lontananza da una stazione metro, altrimenti sarebbe perfetto.

Colazione composta da latte, succhi di frutta, caffè, acqua, fette biscottate con marmellata, crostatine e brioche confezionate. Appartamento nuovo, pulito, accogliente. Presenza di wi-fi. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile nella strada. Check in ad orario concordato. Proprietario gentile. Bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo.

Manca ascensore, un po' distante dal centro di Roma ma avevamo l'auto. Mancanza di parcheggio privato, ma disponibile in strada.

Super confortable.

El deayuno es en realidad un café y un pan que te preparas tu mismo en la maquina delongi y sinceramente no hubo manera de hacer salir un buen café... Terminamos haciendo café en polvo que habia en un armario. Hay pan y tostadas a disposicion pero no son frescos, son de paquete. En la descripcion dice que hay parking privado pero finalmente el "parking" es dejar el coche en la calle en frente del apartamento...

Ottima se vuoi andare all’universitá Unicusano

Presenta tutto il necessario per sostare da un semplice week end a più giorni. Vicino c’è una pizzeria al taglio, una lavanderia e un Dipiù per fare un po’ di spesa. In più era molto molto vicina alla zona che era di mio interesse e motivo di soggiorno in questo appartamento. Non ero andata per visitare Roma.

Unica pecca secondo me è che dal centro di Roma dista una mezzora/venti minuti di taxi. Preciso che nelle vicinanze si trova la metro ma non è proprio vicinissima bisogna fare una passeggiatina o servirsi dell’autobus.
