This is a beautiful house in a well-established residential neighborhood that is recognized as peaceful, quiet and safe – its neighbors are low key, friendly and family-oriented. This home is advantageously located to those looking to visit Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and/or Convention Center – just a short walk away! We are proud to be licensed with the City of Anaheim as an authorized short term rental (SRT) - REG ID# 2014-00039.
The house is single-level (no stairs), making ideal for those traveling with small children and/or seniors. The floor plan is great for those traveling with extended family or friends - giving each family privacy when needed. This is a fully furnished home – great comfort, convenience and open space allowing guests to relax and enjoy time together.

This is a GREAT place to stay for a short walk to Disney, DCA and downtown Disney. The neighborhood is quiet and seems very safe. Hot tub is an awesome way to soothe sore feet and backs. We had an issue with hot water heater not working one morning - the host immediately contacted me back and arranged to have someone fix it while we were out at the parks. No issues for the remainder of the stay.

The layout and location of this property are really the best things about it. The exterior is adorable and well updated. The walk to the parks is not bad at all and saves a bunch on parking. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and felt safe. The layout of the house, with two queen bedrooms and a bathroom on one side and a queen bedroom, bunk room, and bathroom on the other was ideal for our group. The garage has been converted into a kids' playroom and was a super nice bonus. It's perfect for families with little ones. My only issue is that the furnishings are pretty worn. Even though the house seemed like it had been cleaned well, worn couches, chairs, and rugs made it feel not so clean. Also, there were only enough towels for each person (we had 7 adults and two little ones) to have one for the whole stay. We could have used a few more, but that's not a huge deal. The beds were comfy, but the worn old bedframes squeak and wobble. We didn't use the hot tub, so I can't comment on that. Wifi worked great, kitchen was well stocked, kids play room had tons of toys and games--also fairly worn, but not terrible. We had a great time and would probably stay in the neighborhood again but might look for a more updated property. But for the price, this might be as good as it gets.

This property is as good as advertised. Great layout with two bedrooms and one bathroom on each side of the main living space plus a beautiful backyard and they converted the garage into a playroom for kids of all ages. The beds are super comfortable too.!

The place was initially impressive, but the hot tub was cloudy and dirty. The area isn’t safe enough or close enough to walk after dark. I would not recommend this for a Disney trip unless you pay to park at the garage.
