All in a safe and quiet environment. Everything has been comfortable and the house is well-stocked. A Clean, Safe and Efficient Hub for college remote study. So talk to your friends and come remote study together.
Located in a very quiet and safe cul-de-sac, this vacation home is a very short walking distance to the Anaheim Convention Center, just 0.8 miles, 8-10 minutes walk. 1.5 Miles to Downtown Disney. 25 minutes drive to Huntington Beach or Newport Beach. Grocery Store Food 4 Less at Katella Ave. Walmart neighbor store within 1 mile, Costco Warehouse about 4-5 miles. Location is great! UBer is very convenient, just $6 for 5 people one way to or from Disneyland.

City collects Trash on Tuesday, so please move 3 trash bins outside gate at curb of street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, 3 car parking space available. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement.

This property delivers above and beyond. The beds are good, the decor is great, the space is perfect for families, the bedrooms are very functional... I could go on and on. Just suffice to say that you will not be disappointed.Wife commented that the kitchen was so well stocked with appliances, spices, etc. that she felt like she was at home.Plus, the neighborhood is exceptional. It is the kind of place you visit and then you call your real estate agent to see if there are any listings in the area.Communications were perfect with clear and reasonable instructions about all aspects of vacation rental.

Nice stay. Plenty of room for our family. The beds were comfortable and we were close enough to Disneyland that some of us walked there. We enjoyed the pool table. The host is quick to respond to questions.

Everything was perfect. Host was always very quick about communicating. Checking in and out was easy. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for those in our group with dietary restrictions. Host was also very accommodating when it came to luggage due to the times of our flights. We will definitely stay here again. :)

The owner was easy to reach. However the door code kept failing. The owner provided a backup code twice but we still kept getting locked out. We had to use the back door to enter several times. The backdoor also wouldn't stay locked. None of the tvs could connect to the apps that the listing said we would have access to and the Xbox was broken. The whole backyard was very dirty - lots of spiders, webs and cockroaches. There was also a huge window into the master bath from the bedroom that was not disclosed in the listing. It was an invasion of privacy that nobody felt comfortable using that bathroom since you could see the entire shower and toilet. There was also questionable spots in master bath that looked like painted over black mold. There was several areas of flooring that were lifting and easy to trip over. The bedding seemed clean and the location was good.
