+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information.
+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (8 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.
+ Min stay: 3 nights
+ Parking: 2 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.
+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Hot Tub, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar
+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our properties
+ No Smoking, No Pets
**We do NOT rent our homes on Craigslist. If you see our homes posted there, it is a scam***

Convenient location in Anaheim for Disneyland. It was clean. It fit all of us nicely with all the beds. However, disappointed because we emailed and called management the week we were there and no one responded. A few issues at the house. Glass on patio (broken patio door) and they replaced but shattered glass everywhere. Was afraid to use table in front room because it was very wobbly. Hot tub isn’t as nice as it looks. It works but there were black pieces from the head rest everywhere and nothing available to clean it out. Didn’t have all the supplies promised (no Kleenex and only one paper towel) and disappointed that they didn’t have any coffee since we got there late at night. Kuerig didn’t work and we bought a whole box that morning. Hotels even have a couple coffees! Beds were fairly comfortable but creaked anytime you moved. And we couldn’t get two of the TVs to work.
