The facility itself was clean and presented well. Arriving at the facility we was greeted by a representative that showed us around the facility and demonstrated how everything operates.
It was very hard to find. If it wasn’t for a local woman and her child that took time out of their day to actually find the house on her maps and direct us we would have never found the address.

beautiful house in a nice quiet neighbourhood, around 20 minute walk to the Kyoto station
the kitchen was very cold as there’s only AC heating in rooms (which seems to be the case everywhere in Japan)
