Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. We had a great time. The furniture inside was newer and comfortable. It was nice to sit on the porch and see the pool and beach. It was a good size for 6 of us. Everything was close by. We were able to check in early and did not have any issues with communication. There were plenty of cups, plates, in the kitchen. Just a few minor things- the elevator to the parking lot did not have a/c, parking was plentiful but you had to drive around and around to find a space. The master sink was low and there was hair on the floor. The kitchen did not have many gadgets, if you wanted to cook. They supplied a limited amount of tp, papertowel, soap so that had to be replenished.

Having 2 grown children means we need 3 bedrooms. This condo was perfect for us! It was very spacious and the views never ended! It was tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable! Check in was a BREEZE! We had prepaid for our parking pass so I was in and out of the lobby in no time. Beach service was excellent! We reserved our chairs from our phone and they had everything set up for us every morning! If we choose this destination again, we will definitely stay here again!

I loved everything about this property. It was comfortable, clean, and the location was great. My only regret is not knowing that booking on VRBO would cost me more and result in needing to pay for parking. If you book the property via the property managers site, it’s less.

Upon arrival, the condo smelled musty with an old smell. The best part of the condo is the view and outside patio. The furniture is old, which is fine; however the living room furniture was also dirty. The kitchen utensils etc., were all in great shape. It became quite apparent that the master bedroom bathroom had not been cleaned because the water in the shower was dripping and on the drain of the shower was a HUGE amount of hair from the previous tenants. In addition, the bathroom drawers had hair in all of them that I had to wipe out. At this time, I would say that there needs to be some cleaning completed.

I had a great experience with this condo. It has an amazing view, and it is beautiful--just like the pictures! Both bathrooms have a standup shower and no tub, but that worked fine for my family and me. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and fantastic vacation. There was some minor sand on the floor when we got there and the balcony light didn't work. It was reported but not repaired during our stay. It was not a big deal and overall had a GREAT time and excellent experience with this place. Would Definitely recommend and stay again.

This condo is wonderful. The condo has a huge living area with 3 bedrooms. Balcony has amazing views and is spacious with great furniture! Housekeeping could do a better job. We ended up vacuuming when we arrived as there was debris and dust on the floor. Also the floor didn't appear to be mopped be ahead of time. Owner is quick to respond and keeps the property in great shape with good furnishings! We will definitely be back

Bummed about no outdoor pool, said spring break, then moved to April 1 but it was never done. Masterbed is pretty tough and had to switch out with the younger crowd to sleep on it then the younger ones. Other than that had a great view and good weather!

Condo was kept up nice and very comfortable- fantastic views!! Had trouble ke with WiFi- 15 min after we called there was someone there to fix it!! We even got a follow up call!!! Impressed!! Super water pressure also!!!

Very nice location on top floor. Nice and quiet. Nice layout, spacious. Kitchen well appointed. Nice touch with ice trays in the freezer for extra ice. Not easy to plug accessories in to the TV - if you want to watch something from a device you need to cast to the screen. Updated feel and nice furniture. Very easy access to the beach. Would rent again.

Upon check-in we found coffee grounds in the coffee maker as well as old coffee in the pot. we also had to wash all of the utensils prior to using them. Our cleaning fee was pricey and we expected to find a clean condo. I will not book this one again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable.Due to COVID, we did not go to restaurants for any meals. Kitchen was fully stocked for food prep. Check in process was great. Love the location of Phoenix X. Highly recommend this condo.
