This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, which helps accommodate 10 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

We loved our stay at Phoenix Oasis 1807! The room was spacious and resort had wonderful amenities. We loved the convenient access to elevators as well as how easy it was to get to the pools and beach. If we could change one thing it would be to have cleaner floors. I'm not sure if they have ever been mopped, as my daughter's feet were black within minutes. The rug in the living room was also full of sand. Despite that, we would still stay here again

Great condo! Only thing..,something was wrong with the tv in the guest room (the one with the one bed). It might be the remote…

I thought the service, communication and location was phenomenal. However, the room itself is lacking. There isn't one comfortable thing in this condo other that the dual shower in the master. The mattresses are awful not just one but all of them. The pullout was better than the actual beds. I think you could go to a thrift store and just grab whatevers outside and they would be better. The condo is spacious and clean but you can tell its just a rental. The adult pool and bar was great. The elevators are another problem. There were some days we waited up to 30 mins to get on one. Other than trying to sleep and trying to get to and from the beach we had a wonderful time
