Welcome to our beautiful beachfront condo where the beach has sugar-white sand and emerald green water. This luxury 22nd floor 1958 sq ft beachfront unit offers 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, , granite countertops throughout, crown molding, full bar with icemaker, fully equipped kitchen, large laundry room with full size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum, mop and broom, shelves and storage, and free wireless internet. We take great pride in providing cleanliness and comfort in our unit. The Oasis offers: indoor & outdoor pools, new adult only pool, splash pad, on-site cafe & bar, souvenir shop, outdoor pavilion and game area, basketball courts, pickleball courts and putting green.
Master bedroom features a king sleigh bed, 42" flat screen TV, blu- ray player and the master bath has a Jacuzzi and walk in shower with two shower heads. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, 39" TV, blu- ray player and a private bath with shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has 2 double beds, 39" TV with Blu-ray player and a private bath with shower/tub combination. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and complete bathroom facilities including a walk in shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops and comes fully equipped with glass top stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, garbage disposal, pots, pans, skillets, cutting boards, utensils, glassware, dinnerware, coffee pot, blender, crock pot, casserole dishes, mixer, toaster, and many other amenities.
The dining room and living room are open and include 4 bar stools, table with 8 chairs, end tables, lamps, coffee table, sofa and a 60" flat screen TV.
The balcony has breathtaking views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of seating. The sunrise/sunsets as well as dolphin watching is unmatched from this 22nd floor.

This property is not only beautiful, it is so very comfortable. The couches and beds feel new, great support, we all slept so good. Fantastic space, no one felt cramped, everyone had space to spread out. The property offers so many options. The first full day we were there it was raining but the rain never affected us because we took advantage of that spectacular indoor pool. I would definitely rent this condo again. Very clean too.
