The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, ice-maker refrigerator, dishwasher and a wealth of other appliances, allows you to savor delicious home-cooked meals, while the dining table and outdoor furniture provide the perfect settings to enjoy your culinary creations. There are shops, unlimited restaurants, parks with walking trails, golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts nearby, and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches to explore. So, skip the elevators, the crowded beaches, the noisy breezeways and indulge yourself and your family in a unique beach get-a-way vacation at Aqua Vista. Relax and enjoy your stay and, thanks, in advance, for treating our “home” with respect and care so we may all enjoy it for many years. Check out the other side of the duplex home property 432115 if you need more space for your group. We love weddings. WE REQUIRE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT and a signed rental agreement. Any violation of outlined house rules can result in loss of damage deposit to cancelled booking with no refund. Reservation is not confirmed until rental agreement is signed and returned to owner. Please provide 48hrs after booking. For spring break reservations, a phone interview is required within 24 hours of booking being accepted. Photo ID of renter + ages of all guests in party required upon booking acceptance. Winter discounted rates apply to small groups of 2-3 guests for a minimum of 5 nights. Additional fees charged for additional guests in winter.

The family had a great time. The House was well-maintained and well furnished. Just a short walk to the beach to the 'barking' 'sugar' sand. Glad we stayed in OB as GS seemed much busier.

Having visited OBA for nearly 30 years, this was our first trip with our adult kids, their spouses and their kids. In total we had 11, with 5 of those being under the age of 5. Aqua Vista was the perfect place for our crew. The bedroom configuration was perfect, the accommodations were top-notch, and of course the beach access was right out the door.Rhonda is an outstanding host, always available by email or text, and very timely with answering questions etc.

This is by far the best place we've ever stayed.... Location, beach access, decor, comfort of furniture, bedding, supplies,...etc. Such an enjoyable home! Will stay again!
