Handful of items were broken when we got there. Plumbers were called out but weren’t able to resolve the issues during the stay. Overall recommend the property. Would book again

Everything was great! It was very clean. The view was amazing. Had coffee and breakfast every morning on the patio. No obstruction. My girls loved the pool,slide and lazy river. The entire place was very clean as well. No issues with the elevator and we were on the 31st floor. Granted we were there on a sunday-Wednesday, were I could see the weekends might make the elevators slow but there was 6 of them. The only complaint is the ice maker was on the other side of the master bedroom and that was loud and sounded like running water all night as well as the furnace/ac. When that kicked on it was really loud and sounded like doors opening and closing. But other than it was great and would not deter me from staying there again.

Beautiful view and overall happy with our stay but we definitely had a few things that were disappointing. I certainly think it should be a rule that if the only indoor pool will be closed for an entire month for scheduled remodeling (I understand emergency closings but this was not the case), they should be honest enough to note it in the VRBO listing. Especially since we stayed in late November. We had 6 kids with us and were forced to only use the chilly outdoor pools. We would have cancelled and moved over to Turquoise Place.Our room had black mold growing around the HVAC vents in 3 different rooms. They clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.The courts and other activities for children were great and we had a lot of fun. We would probably stay here again but I would definitely recommend calling ahead of your stay to make sure the amenities you really want are actually available. Because if you realize it's closed once you're there, they will just tell you that you signed the agreement of no amenities being guaranteed and you should have called beforehand.
