Phoenix West II is a great beach front resort in Orange Beach, AL! You don't want to miss an opportunity to stay at this luxury Orange Beach rental. This over-sized condo has a King in the Master, a King in Guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in Guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa with 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, which helps accommodate 12 guests. Flat screen TV's in all Bedrooms and in the living room. There is tile throughout the condo, solid wood cabinetry, a private bathroom per bedroom, satellite cable service, lightning fast wireless Internet, a large open design kitchen with full stainless steel appliance package, wet bar, 300 square foot balcony, state-of-the-art air conditioning and hot water systems, washer and dryer, and much more!

Complex amenities include a massive Gulf front lazy river, a Gulf front outdoor pool, a huge indoor pool, children's pool, tennis courts, BBQ area with grills, hot tubs, saunas, multi-level exercise rooms with high quality equipment, all covered parking, gated with full time security, plus more!

Sofa was covered in stains. Marks and scratches all over the walls. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Drain in one tub did not work. Even lamp shade in one bedroom was stained. It was a blue light nightmare. Only provided one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Good potential but overall felt nasty.

Loved being able to look out and see beach and water everywhere we looked. Even with it being to cold in the water we were able to walk by the water and sit and listen to the waves all day and late into the evening

The host responded insanely fast every time I messaged her and was super accommodating. We LOVED the condo's location and it was super clean. It also has fantastic amenities and our group could not have had a more perfect stay.

Unit indicated to be wheelchair accessible. However, the unit is not ADA. No grab bars, no shower seat. Wheelchair accessible implies ADA. Unit is comfortable but did present problems for us.

View was awesome as was the location but the overall condition of the furniture and bathroom fixtures need some serious attention. Living room furniture was badly stained and fixtures in bathrooms were rusty and in need of repair Every bedroom needs to have at least one dresser and hairdryers would have been very nice.

This is a very impressive property. It was very clean. The air worked perfectly. The view is unmatched. The lazy river is great to just float around and soak up the sun. There is an adults only pool, with great play lists. There is a new grilling/picnic area that is very clean. Picle ball, tennis, basketball courts. A huge indoor pool. Splash pad, slide, etc. Our entire party loved it. The only thing missing was a hairdryer and beach towels. The beds were comfortable as well. I would go back over and over.

This was our 6th stay in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area in the last 20 months. This location was far superior to the others. Several pools, lazy river and they are upgrading and adding more. Nice restaurants, entertainment and grocery shopping nearby. The Grandkids, their Mama's and Daddy had a blast.

The property was just like the pictures showed. However, the condo was very dirty when we arrived. Counters had not been wiped down, dust piled up on tables in living room and bedrooms, some of the drawers were broken, couches and chairs were so filthy that they still had sand standing on them,etc. Also it took 2 days for the fridge to get cold. We had food that went bad because of this and also my mother had medicine that had to be refrigerated so we had to put it in a cooler. Positives: the condo is big, has an ice maker and all the beds and linens were clean. One the fridge got got and we re-cleaned the condo it was an overall good stay

We arrived slightly early to grab parking passes and arm bands. Was easy to get into condo with passcoded doors. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The view from the balcony was amazing. Early issue with a toilet, I emailed and someone was there to fix immediately. We were worried about elevator waits but was never once an issue. If I had to say anything negative, it would be the floors needing to be cleaned better. We had to keep footwear on walking around condo or our feet were filthy walking around barefoot. Over all was a great experience in Orange Beach, and would love to visit again.

This was without a doubt the worst travel experience I have ever had. They used a terrible scam company Avantstay, which booked the property to someone else without informing me, likely because they found a higher rate to book it at. I arrived at 11p at night with two babies and no place to stay, with my reservation still showing active in VRBO. I called Avanstay and they said they cancelled my reservation due to a payment issue and said they texted me about payment issues (they didn't). I had messaged with Avantstay through the VRBO app in order to modify my dates and they had no issue replying back through VRBO, yet said their billing team couldnt be bothered to cancel my reservation in the VRBO app and again lied about sending me text messages. In their minds, it was acceptable to have an active reservation in VRBO yet book it to someone else. No accountability and no responsibility- full of lies and deceit.

The property was equipped as I would expect. The location was beautiful, I enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets On the balcony. The only real issue we had was the beds. They all were very uncomfortable. The beds are bad enough that I would not choose this unit again. My group consisted of two married couples in our early 50’s. None of us were Abel to sleep a full night due to the bed issue.

Very nice property. However, there were some carpeting nail strips that were poking through one of the bedroom entrances into the bathroom. (The bedroom on the right as you enter the condo) . Very dangerous to have those nails sticking up like that needs a strip to cover it.

We loved our stay at Phoenix West II, it has the perfect set up for our family. We stayed at 3103 and it was very clean and accommodating for our crew! WE will definitely be coming back next year.

The location and view was amazing! Everything was great except for the elevators! My family and I waited for an hour to get an elevator, we were crammed into an elevator with other guests and it was exhausting to say the least!

Overall impression very good but what kept us from giving a great rating were the following: 1)worst offenders were the creaky and very soft beds, 2)ceiling fan in master bedroom emits a constant noticeable hum, 3)towel rack missing in two bedrooms, 4) bottom bin in the fridge was cracked and light worked intermittently, 5)doorbell doesn't work.
