About this villa rental
Beautiful and welcoming villa with swimming pool in the midst of nature.
This beautiful property is located near the city of Llucmajor, where you will find all services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc. Palma Beach and Cala Blava are only 8 km away.
The exceptional property has 180 square metres of living space and is prepared for 9 people. Upon entering the house, you enter the welcoming living-dining room, followed by the beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 sofas, satellite television and WiFi, as well as a fireplace, cooker and air conditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms available in the basement (one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the external area.
All rooms have fans.
The upper floor is designed as a separate studio and even has its own entrance. There is a large living room with 2 sofa beds and 2 single beds. A private bathroom with a bathtub.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and for the cold season, also with a wood-burning fireplace.
Near the main house there is a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
In the beautiful garden, fruit trees and several cosy seating areas.
The 9x4m salt water swimming pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.
The swimming pool is fenced and therefore ideal for a holiday with the youngest children.
IMPORTANT:
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)
