Playa de Palma Beach House

The owner was super friendly and flexible. The location was amazing. There was insane nightlife nearby, but it wasn’t too loud at the house during the night. There was a Mercadona nearby and many smaller shops around.

When we arrived, the dishes were slightly dirty and all the pots and pans were scratched. There was no air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, but there was in the main area which was enough. When showering, the whole bathroom would fill up with water.

La casa è perfetta. Sono stato con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Dispone di tutto il necessario e anche di un bel tavolo esterno per mangiare all’aria aperta. L’host ci accolto con molta simpatia ed è stato sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. Da notare che la casa si trova in una zona tedesca dell’isola, in cui ci sono esclusivamente bar e persone tedesche. Nonostante ciò, la posizione della casa è comunque molto strategia e permette di raggiungere sia le spiagge più belle dell’isola sia altrettanti centri abitati con ristoranti e bar senza dover guidare troppo.

Es war das perfekte Haus für unsere Mannschaftstour. Vor allem die große Terrasse war top. So lange man es nicht komplett übertreibt mit der Lautstärke gibt es auch keine Probleme mit den Anwohnern.

Perfekter Ort für einen Trip als Gruppe zum Ballermann, sehr stabile Veranda. Bierkönig etc. Nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Edu bester Mann vor Ort, auch sehr entspannt da er weiß warum die Leute kommen.
