+ interaction with host was very pleasant
+ accommodation was easy to find
+ everything was very clean
+ we've got a room upgrade to a bigger one
+ nice terrace and patio
+ shared kitchen with everything that you might want (fridge, electric stove, coffee/espresso machine, microwave, plates, etc.)
+ lot of free public parking spaces nearby
- bathroom didn't have a ceiling and the door was a bit odd, so whenever one had to go to the toilet the level of intimacy was pretty low. Also, if a light would be turned on in the bathroom, it would lighten the entire room - not the best approach during the night

We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t see a member of staff the whole time we were there. We have had better service in an Air BNB.
