It was in a great location, close to the beach. House was well stocked. Even a shower outside. Huge plus beds were comfortable and nice quality towels, and linens. Cookware was upscale too. We were greeted with a bottle of coastal wine and chocolate. Some of our favorite restaurants J.T. Commons, Brick Alley Pub, and Aquidneck Pizzeria. We had fun fishing, spending time on beach, shopping, driving on Ocean drive seeing the lovely coastal views, and beautiful homes. Ft. Adam’s was fun and touring the Breakers mansion. Thanks for opening up your home.

We stayed at Easton’s Point on June 18-20th 2026 for a girls trip to see the Newport Flower Show. The beach house was comfortable and had everything we needed. There ended up being 5 of us so we utilized all the sleeping areas with the exception of the pull out couch. The air conditioning was great, and so was the water pressure in the shower. We loved the outdoor seating area and how walkable the area was. We even made friends with the neighbors. David our host was great at communicating throughout the whole process. The girls and I agree that we would love to come back again next year! Thank you for having us!

This place was perfect and cozy for a relaxing stay around Newport. Communication was great, rooms were spotless, and it was just what we needed for our weekend adventure!
