Newly Renovated! Within walking distance to Newport and Middletown beaches, large deck, enclosed porch and spacious front yard. Two miles from Downtown Newport. Enjoy all of its amenities then get away from the traffic and noise. It is a 3 min walk to Newport State Beach, 1/4 mile to the famed Newport Cliff Walk, 1/2 mile to Middletown beaches. Located in a residential neighborhood. Within walking distance to many restaurants.

Great house in a perfect location! Our group of 6 felt very comfortable and we loved the screened porch! The adult kids loved walking to the beach whenever we had some spare time. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Newport. The house was clean and well stocked with paper, towels and other supplies. There are two bathrooms which are a bit small and also a larger outdoor shower. Bedrooms are a good size and we loved the outdoor screened in porch.

My family of 4 (including 2 little ones - 3 & 5) had a great stay in Rhode Island - especially due to the property! Camille was so thoughtful with her communication back to us and reminders - and so nice to stop by the first day to ensure we had everything! The property was perfect for a family - the bedrooms were close together, great living space - and I cant say enough about the patio!! so lovely to have that every evening! Highly recommend the location as well to the beach and Newport (everything was 5-7 min away!)
