Lake home is located on the east side of Lake Victoria, known for good fishing and boating. Home features include a newly remodeled gourmet kitchen, coffee bar, all new appliances, beverage frig, 2 dining areas, large living room with sectional seating, 65”flatscreen TV with cable, table games cabinet, and a wood burning fireplace. The lower level includes a large rec room with a pool and football table, sectional seating, and a flat screen TV with cable. Also included are two lakeside decks with outdoor tables, ample seating, and a fire pit. Fun water toys include 2 double kayaks, one single kayak, paddle board, large inflatable raft, and a pontoon paddle boat. A 21’ pontoon is available for an additional charge.

Jan is an excellent host and anticipates what her guests need. The home is spacious, is shielded from the next door neighbors and has plenty of indoor and outdoor furnishings. The outdoor furniture is particularly comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jan's on Lake Victoria. Jan was a very welcoming hostess, made sure to meet us and gave us a tour of her property and the pontoon and lake "toys". The kitchen was amazing and Jan has put a lot of thought into her home and wants to be sure her guests are comfortable there.
Lake Victoria is a great lake and Alexandria has a lot to offer visitors. We highly recommend Jan's Lake home.

We loved our stay at Jan’s Lake Place. The house was large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautifully remodeled. We enjoyed the pontoon, pool table, foosball and games Jan had available. The lake was nice and quiet and very close to town. We had a wonderful vacation!
