About this house rental
Perfect family friendly beach house close to Ditch Plains, Lake Montauk and Montauk Downs golf course. Modern home with an open floor plan making it an ideal place to hang out. The ranch style home comprises four bedrooms and three bathrooms with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and private bath along with access to the deck and two private outdoor showers. The junior master suite has a king bed, private bath, outdoor shower and reading nook for children. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a desk. The fourth bedroom has a crib, changing table and rocking chair.
Amazing outdoor space with wrap around deck and three outdoor showers. The deck has an outdoor kitchen area complete with wine fridge and beer tap. In addition, there is a large 6 burner island grill, a Traeger grill and outdoor TV. The house is located on a private road and is very secluded as it is surrounded by natural preservatory land.
Additional amenities: peloton bike, large kitchen island with seating for 4, indoor dining table seats 8 people, indoor fireplace, pull out couch with queen bed in living room, laundry room with washer and dryer, gas bbq grill, smoker grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor TV, dishwasher, 3 outdoor showers, hammocks, outdoor lounge furniture. Multiple beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas surf boards and stand up paddle boards available. No smoking and No pets allowed.

We had a great 4 nights at this beautiful home! Hosts made it so easy to have everything we needed at our finger tips for the beach and outdoor deck is a wonderful place to spend time. Beds and furniture are comfortable and stylish — would absolutely stay here again!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was such a lovely place to stay and Maeve could not have been a better host. Already wishing I was back!!!

Maeve's house was great. Very private, 1.5 mile drive to town, newly renovated, clean, well stocked with everything one could need. I'd stay here again.
